As of April 12th, 2026, Rep. Eric Swalwell of California's 14th congressional district has been accused of four different women of sexual assault and abuse. These allegations have been accompanied by medical documentation and other forms of corroboration. Swalwell has denied these allegations, yet has dropped out of the 2026 California governor race. 

In light of these allegations, we call for the immediate expulsion of Swalwell from the House of Representatives. We are incredibly disgusted with Swalwell's actions and there should be no tolerance for sexual misconduct not only from a California gubernatorial candidate, but also from a sitting member of Congress. 

We are petitioning for your support in protecting other women from being taken advantage of by congressmen who abuses their position of authority to assault and abuse. We demand higher standards and accountability from our elected officials in the form of Swalwell's immediate resignation.
