Our petition for safety improvements on Highway 16 is gaining momentum thanks to recent media coverage. I stepped out of my comfort zone to do a radio interview with My PG Now, driven by the memory of the deer I stayed with, alongside others, as it passed. Coverage has also appeared on CKPG News, 94.3 The GOAT, and 99.3 Rewind Radio, with my letter published in The Prince George Citizen.

We’re now at 429 signatures but need more to push for action. Please share to amplify our voices!

Note: On Sunday, December 1st, 2024, a coworker shared that she saw a small deceased moose near Boundary Road, eastbound on Jail Hill. This further underscores the urgent need for safety improvements in the area.
