• Demonstrated unprofessional conduct, abusing his power for personal vendettas, ignoring feedback, and showing clear favoritism in disputes, creating a toxic and unsafe environment.
• Set a poor example for others, neglecting his responsibility to uphold fairness and respect, which are critical to a thriving community.
• Instead of being a leader and advocate for the community, Justin has proven himself incapable of fulfilling even the basic duties of his role.

He lacks the vision, empathy, and professionalism necessary to unite and strengthen the Alliance Studios community.

Additionally, under his management, there have been:
