I am tired of being inundated by hateful, non-fact-based ‘reporting’ that seems more like biased editorials than journalism. The continual blame game by the opposition and one nation, without fact, is steadily dividing our great nation and sacrificing the Australian spirit. These actions, driven by certain media outlets and political agendas, serve one purpose: to undermine the sitting government. In times of unrest, these actions are not only destabilizing but also breaches the standards expected of journalistic ethics.

Recent events have highlighted how influential media can skew public perception, often prioritizing sensationalism over facts and integrity. The Murdoch media empire, in particular, has played a pivotal role in shaping narratives that undermine our democracy. This isn’t just an occasional lapse in judgment; it’s a pattern of behavior that necessitates scrutiny. This concern isn't merely theoretical — biased coverage can have real-world consequences. It has the power to influence elections, sway public opinion, and create division where unity is sorely needed.

It's not just about one-sided reporting. The problem extends to fostering an environment of hostility and suspicion, where dissension is magnified and cooperation is thwarted. For a functioning democracy, the press must be held accountable, ensuring it serves the public interest rather than specific political or corporate agendas.

This is why I am calling for an Inquiry  into the complicity of Murdoch Media and the Australian Right Wing Leaders from the LNP and One Nation.  Australia needs a transparent investigation into whether there has been a concerted effort to destabilise  the government through biased media coverage and incitement of hatred. Such an investigation should aim to uphold the journalistic standards that support a healthy democracy and bring any wrongdoing to light.
