We are urging Child Protective Services and relevant law enforcement agencies to investigate the welfare of a child featured heavily on social media by content creator Stormy Lee Ashley Pence (known online as AshleyVlaz). Concerns have been raised regarding possible child exploitation and past legal behaviour involving the creator.

We, the undersigned, are deeply concerned about the online content being published by social media influencer Stormy Lee Ashley Pence (AshleyVlaz), specifically content featuring her young daughter, Amelia Rose.

Many of the videos depict Amelia in emotionally charged or inappropriate scenarios that appear to be staged to attract views, engagement, and monetisation on platforms such as TikTok and Instagram. While these may appear as entertainment to some, we believe they raise serious questions about the emotional impact on the child and the potential for exploitation.

Viewers have publicly responded with online hate, body shaming, and threats directed toward the child — consequences no child should be exposed to. Despite this, content continues to be produced and widely shared.

Furthermore, reports circulating online suggest that Ms. Pence was involved in a past incident where she allegedly travelled across state lines to confront another content creator, resulting in legal consequences and probation. While the full details of that case remain unclear, this adds to wider concerns regarding her judgement and behaviour.

We are not calling for harassment or online backlash — rather, we request that the proper authorities conduct a thorough and fair investigation into the situation to ensure the safety, well-being, and rights of Amelia Rose are being fully protected.

Children should not be used as tools for online fame or financial gain. If any harm — direct or indirect — is being caused, the situation must be addressed.
