These reports emphasise the need to verify whether any falsified personal information was provided during her application. This growing attention highlights the importance of our shared commitment to justice and accountability.

Our petition advocates for a review of Australian immigration law, stressing the necessity of being reasonably vigilant about potential criminal cases with significant social impact, on top of standard criminal history checks. While addressing Sun Wei's case is a central focus, this petition also seeks to drive societal progress by advocating for improvements to immigration laws and processes, ensuring they are fair, transparent, and aligned with community values. If our efforts lead to meaningful changes in Australian immigration law, the name "Zhu Ling" could become part of Australia's legal history under the principles of case law. Such a legacy would not only commemorate Zhu Ling but also stand as a lasting tribute to all who champion justice and societal advancement.
