Vasey RSL Care has advised that they will only consider holding another community information session if more residents contact them directly. We have had confirmation that the Department of Transport and Planning is currently assessing the proposal, with a decision expected as early as March.

Many residents were unaware of, or unable to attend, the original session due to Christmas and end-of-year commitments. If you believe further community consultation is needed, now is the time to speak up.

A short message is all that’s needed — simply stating that you live locally, were not able to attend the earlier session, and would like another opportunity to be informed and ask questions.
