Call for a retrial for Lucy Letby

Call for a retrial for Lucy Letby
The Issue
I would like to call in every single person who is not 100% sure that Lucy is guilty to please sign this. Myself along with with others have felt like Lucy is innocent from day 1. Since all of the documentary coverage it has made everyone question it even more.
I do not believe that it is beyond reasonable doubt that Lucy is guilty and so need to be revisited. There a possibly an innocent women behind bars.
This petition calls for a comprehensive and independent review of the legal process in the case of Lucy Letby.
Lucy Letby was arrested, charged, tried, and convicted of serious offences. While the court has delivered its verdict, many members of the public continue to express concern about whether every aspect of the evidential process and defence opportunities were fully explored.
The justice system must not only reach decisions but must also uphold confidence that legal safeguards have been applied thoroughly, transparently, and fairly.
We believe it is important to ensure that:
All relevant evidence; including evidence that may support the defence, is examined with equal scrutiny
Expert testimony and investigative processes are subject to appropriate independent oversight
Contextual factors within the working environment are considered where legally relevant
The right to a full and fair legal process is maintained at every stage
In light of these concerns, we are calling for:
An independent and transparent review of the case
Consideration of appropriate legal routes, including appeal or retrial mechanisms where justified under the law
This request is not intended to undermine the justice system but to support its integrity.
Justice must be both delivered and demonstrably fair. Independent review processes exist to protect the strength and credibility of the legal system, and public confidence depends on their proper use where questions arise.
A fair justice system protects everyone. Ensuring that all procedures, evidence, and legal rights have been fully upheld is essential to maintaining trust in the rule of law.
