Change of strategy and petition text

Hi all,

I've reexamined the text of this petition and have substituted it for a new and improved one. Please read it. I have also changed the title and the decision makers section. This is still a campaign for Citizen-initiated referendums, just with a refined focus and objective.

Please chip in some money to help promote this petition if you can. Any amount is appreciated.

I may petition the Senate at some point further down the track, so keep an ear out. If you live in a state or territory other than Queensland, please consider starting an e-petition to your state/territory parliament. I would personally recommend wording it so that it asks the House to refer the question of CIRs to a parliamentary committee for inquiry rather than straight up demanding them.
