They are assigned by Federal Attorney General in a process that NO ONE other than the AG is aware of.  

Current Australian AG has appointed his friend and class mate from the Law School he attended to a Judgeship,,, this guy is 43 years old and will not be removed from the Bench for another 27 years... And no one can question the Attorney General how why and based on what criteria he has appointed a Junior Counsel to Judgeship?

It is under such protective, secret and corrupt system that Family Court Judges are appointed by one man... they sit above the law and our children's lives are placed in the hands of these judges.

Family Courts are unconstitutional and designed to employ lawyers of below average legal and general intelligence and judges that raise from the pool of these lawyers.  An incenstuvous Mafia like organisation protected by Attorney General.

They must be investigated and perpetrators of crimes against children and their parents prosecuted and put behind bars for knowingly engage in unconstitutional conduct.
