Dear Friends and supporters, Some great news, Judge Persky is showing signs of actually being able to fake integrity thanks to your constant and unending pressure! He has recused himself From the Robert Chain case! Last year he said would be willing to accept to Robert Chain's request to reduce his conviction for possessing child pornography from a felony to a misdemeanor. Due to political and public pressure he will no longer be passing Judgement on this case and the decision will be left to another judge. The judge made this statement: “While on vacation earlier this month, my family and I were exposed to publicity surrounding this case,” the judge wrote in his brief ruling. “This publicity has resulted in a personal family situation such that ‘a person aware of the facts might reasonably entertain a doubt that the judge would be able to be impartial.’ “ This is great news for victims everywhere!
