The latest comments on the petition reflect that the pubic is generally outraged with the removal of yet another from a stable environment. The comments currently refer to the 9 year old girl who has been placed in an environment without any concern for her safety and well being. "This man has to be stopped. I personally know the family of the 9 year old girl!! A monster judge is handing that poor child over to a monster!!! No regard for her safety or well being!" Other past comments refer to the fact that Judge Wells punishes women, in general, and that the Riverside Superior Court refuses to take action to protect children. The new Presiding Judge Becky Dugan is a personal friend of Judge Wells and refuses to remove him. "Dale Wells feels that he is indebted to god to punish women for getting divorced, or for being bad enough for their husbands to divorce them. He hates mothers, and blames them for the sins of fathers; fathers are inherently innocent, to him. He feels that women are responsible for everyone's behavior. He is a preacher. The separation of church and state should be examined, as well as his finances. Wells breaks the law multiple times in each case, and when questioned he says, "Bring it!' This creep is so sick it disgusts me to write about his antics. I'm only doing this because he's that bad. For eight long years I've watched him abuse other women and he has abused me, too. This situation is worthy of several audits, at least 2 people losing their jobs, newspaper articles, and we could use some political cartoons. Wells' courtroom is unmonitored. Sheryll Ellsworth is the Presiding Judge of Riverside County. She is a coward, but write to her anyhow. You have to document everything, because the family law court in Indio doesn't. Also, Judge Hopp, the man who is supposed to be directly in charge of Wells, on the premises at the Indio courthouse, will not even respond to you. Do it anyhow. We also need to petition the state to put video-cameras in the courtrooms. If Dale Wells was being recorded, and the videos were being reviewed by a competent overseer, he might try to change his behavior. However, this man is so nasty, he would fail."
