Court refuses to remove Judge Wells, 9 year old suffers Once again Judge Wells has pertuates his standing one of the abusive and vicious judges that the public has seen and experienced. Judge Wells removed a 9 year old girl from a stable home environment and placed the child with an abusive drug without verifying the living conditions of the child. “The father of this 9 year old child has no where for her to sleep but in the bed with him. No income. Will not release where he is taking the child who has been diagnosed with PTSD due to witnessing father physically abusing her mother. Is known to be abusing opiaites and has serious anger issues which he has demonstrated time and time again in front of Judge wells. Judge Wells gave us temporary custody of her in SC for 5 months where she has a therapist, church, gymnastics, friends and family. She has nothing and no one in CA. All the healing that has taken place here will quickly be undone. He is ruthless. This child is praying to be rescued. She is praying this is a nightmare that she will wake up and it will be over. There must be a solution for children suffering at the hands of Judge Wells and CA.”
