The latest comments from area residents experience the same concern/horror that litigants expressed over 15 years ago when Judge Wells was presiding in Department 3M as a commissioner. The comments (below) reflect the same malicious bias, removal of children, unilateral parenting decisions to dad, ignoring mothers testimony, litigating on behalf of fathers as their attorney and ignoring any evidence presented. Of particular concern is the permanent restraining order that was granted against mom, when department 2 J provided the incorrect time for mom to appear at the restraining order hearing. After mom appeared at the correct time, the court refused to address the matter as Judge Wells had already granted the permanent restraining order without a hearing. Other comments express outrage as this judicial officer has remained on the bench and are due to witnessing the vicious treatment of mothers and children in his court room. Concerning my three year old daughter, Judge Wells refused to reprimand my daughter's father. His actions displayed uninterest of my time with my daughter. Judge Dale Wells acknowledged Father deliberately took Thanksgiving day time away from me and did absolutely nothing about the situation. He is an awful man, he was awful to his first wife and hasn't stopped. He sides with fathers because his biological children were taken from him.
