Judge Wells is celebrated by a certain type of mentality as "another good day for daddy" after filing a non-noticed exparte to hammer a mom to the ground on behalf of that type of mentality. Judge Wells is known all over San Bernardino county as the judge who did the bidding for a restrained person in a domestic violence case based on the information presented to every governmental agency, the court and the childrens' school by "another good day for daddy". Judge Wells' orders are presented by said party to fabricate additional defamation and slander against the mom in this case to allow every single government agency, court and schools to harass and defame this mom further. In hearings the restrained party is allowed to present an illegal exparte with "alleged" information presented to the court to incite the court further against the mom who has been repeatedly sanctions by Judge Wells without notice and without grounds. Judge Wells has filed OSC after OSC against this mom and has issued CCP section 271 sanctions when this was not requested by the party celebrating a "good day for daddy". Judge Wells mentality is so biased and prejudiced against this party that Judge Wells automatically believes that this mom must be held accountable at any court hearing before him, whether there are grounds for said hearing or not; based on the false statements presented by "another good day for daddy". At one of the latest proceedings, Judge Wells issued TWO $ 1500 CCP section 177.5 non noticed minute orders as ORDER TO SHOW CAUSES which were not served with a certificate of mailing. Judge Wells based his decision for the non-noticed minute order on the exparte allegations presented by "another good day for daddy" to ORDER a domestic violence victim to court to be confronted with her abusive ex-husband. The transcript below specifies the illegal exparte communication where "another good day for daddy" advised Judge Wells of alleged violations of court orders and where Judge Wells incites "another good day for daddy" further. After the below illegal statements the TWO NON NOTICED CCP SECTION 177.5 MINUTE ORDERS FOR $ 1500 each, WERE FILED BY JUDGE WELLS, ALLEGING VIOLATIONS OF COURT ORDERS. "Another good day for daddy' prevails at all cost in Department 2 J and is not held accountable in any capacity, to continue with his additional domestic abuse. MR. xxxxxx: Remember the last time you gave her sanctions? You said you ever became aware that she didn't pay it, well, you left before I could make you aware that she never paid it. THE COURT: Mr. xxxxx, there are some things I can discuss with one party here, there's some things I can't discuss with one party here and the other party not here. We can't very well talk about what she did or didn't do some other time when I make an order, and she's not here, and not technically on notice that we're going to talk about it. MR. xxxxx Okay.
