A husband and dad lives in constant fear of appearing in front of Judge Dale Wells, after Judge Otis Sterling had already addressed the issue before the court. Judge Wells' bias and prejudices are well known including the fact that Judge Wells refuses to abide by the law and believes that women harass their exes and that they are not victims. According to the California Judicial Canon of ethics “Impartial,” “impartiality,” and “impartially” mean the absence of bias or prejudice in favor of, or against, particular parties or classes of parties, as well as the maintenance of an open mind in considering issues that may come before a judge. http://www.courts.ca.gov/documents/ca_code_judicial_ethics.pdf This judge has violated the integrity and impartiality of the judicial office in such a heinous way that parties have an absolute lack of confidence in the integrity of the judicial process and feel outrageously harassed by Judge Dale Wells. Parties live in fear of the retaliation of Judge Dale Wells, especially since Judge Wells refuses to uphold Judge Sterling's orders. In a proceeding with attorneys where an attorney (Pro term) advised Judge Wells of Judge Sterling's order, Judge Wells specified that he was not Judge Sterling and declined to address the order; refusing to set a reconsideration for spousal support of Judge Sterling's order before Judge Sterling. Judge Wells has history of receiving and forwarding documents to Department 2J preventing that parties file the relevant documents for their case, again violating the judicial intercity and impartiality of the judicial office.
