Judge Wells has remerged as the same abusive judge with a vengeance and expects every proceeding to go according to his wishes and manipulation of a court case, without respecting and adhering to the law. Judge Wells and the Riverside Superior court are the absolute most horrific experience that anyone can experience in the United States and illustrates the heinous imprisonment of litigants to the court. The Riverside Superior court refuses to remove a biased and prejudiced judge and fails to adhere to any statutory procedure as it relates to a disqualification of a judge who is already disqualified. Judge Wells refuses to address domestic violence and harm to women and children and the repercussion thereof and represents the abusive ex-spouse as an attorney at every proceeding, disparaging women at every proceeding, pretending to not be able to hear them, when at other hearings there are no problems, as long as Judge Wells is allowed to railroad litigants, mainly women to accept his heinous representation of the other party. The comments illustrate that Judge Wells is very well known as a judge who practices anarchy without any due process. Litigants fight for years to obtain their children back based on rulings that do not adhere to any law and Judge Wells refuses to issue any apology based on his failure to adhere to the law forcing women together with their abusive ex-spouses as punishment, for filing complaints against him with the relevant authority. At every proceeding there are 10-15 cases that are not heard as the parties refuse to appear. The Riverside Superior court refuses to address the publics wishes and the right to appear before an impartial, neutral judge. The court is loosing filing fees at an astronomical rate due to the re-appointment of an abusive judge and the latest tactic is to continue the cases without taking them off calendar; hoping that some party will appear. It is absolutely not fair to continuously be exposed to the disparaging abusive personality of an individual who is expected to be a judge of the Riverside Superior court and who refuses to respect or address the law in any capacity and who uses abusive ex-husbands as punishment against any woman.. The father filed for custody without my knowledge and lied to the courts stating his brother served me. After a DA came into contact with me one week before my court date judge Wells proceeded with all pleas ASAP! not giving me a chance to retain an attorney and stripping my daughter away from me her main sole provider.
