California Requirement for Vaccination

California Requirement for Vaccination
The Issue
Thanks to the Supreme Court. The people and their representatives once again have the power to decide what is the states best interests in regards to medical care. Here we as the people demand action from our state legislators in regards to preventable deadly diseases. We the people ask our legislators to enact a law mandating all residents, visitors, and/or anyone within the territorial boundaries of our state to be vaccinated against all forms of illness. Failure to be fully vaccinated can result in a felony conviction with a minimum sentence of 5 (five) years and 600,000 (six hundred thousand) on top of any other charges that may apply (attempted murder, etc etc). Due to major advances in medicine, there will also be no exemptions for medical reasons. Exemptions can be granted due to religious beliefs but one must state their religious beliefs when applying for said exemption and any attempt to defraud the state via perjury can be punishable with a felony conviction of 10 (ten) years of imprisonment and 10,000,000 (ten million) dollar fine.
We as the people must protect the sanctity of life to the furthest extent as permissible by a State's constitutional powers. Mississippi successfully argued a States interest and it is now time to stop playing around with anti-vaxxers who choose death over protecting life. Demand action now!
