Look Victoria is suffering but instead of thinking about how to help her live they are focusing on hiding the truth. We asked Kelly Miott, can she help Victoria. No answer. What an arrogant out of control unethical Shelter Manager this is. Her vain ego is more important to her than Victoria's life obviously.

Their technical department knows how to do it and they seem to be doing it which is burrying our petition in online search engines by bringing up other pages about Kelly Miott so public cannot know about her cruelty to Victoria or Miott is using a reputation defender business to do that for her to hide negative things about her.

FPD which oversees TCAS is believed to even be hacking into our phones and doing all kinds of data theft. They follow us around digitally and physically. Believe it. They have stolen our property and pets and rescue cats before. They stop at nothing to silence anybody who speaks up about their corruption.

All our computer engineeers and young tech savvy supporters, please include this petition's link in all main search engines so anyone googling Kelly Miott, Tri City Animal Shelter and Wesley Clark sees it on first page.  These sneaky officials want to hide their ugly reality from public. 

That will not change the truth here of her showing no care for Victoria to knowingly leave her unhelped for months. 

This shelter's data is horrible. It seem to have 5 staff members. No serious animal shelter can operate effectively to help lots of animals having 5 employees really.  Rest people there must be part timers or handful of volunteers. 

This shelter wants to be an appointment-based "managed" shelter. Screw that. We want an open admission shelter in our community where all animals are accepted in all kinds of condition on walk in basis.
