Dear friends: Houston, the city most badly damaged by Hurricane Harvey, is in the process of recovering from the hurricane and seems to be doing it by repeating the same mistakes of the past and ignoring Climate Change. This trend is shaping up even after also suffering three 500-year floods in the last three years. Please read the attached article that discusses Houston's dilemma that, depending on what they decide, will set the course for the city to be "washed away" in the coming years or for it becoming a lot more resilient and sustainable.
