End of story? NO WAY! After such an approval, California law allows a 30-day window to legally challenge the decision. Read more on Animal Legal Defense Fund’s blog (http://aldf.org/blog/the-animal-legal-defense-fund-files-lawsuit-to-advocate-for-wildlife-welfare). We will follow PIC’s blog (http://publicinterestcoalition.blogspot.com) and update as appropriate. You can help or reach them at P.O. Box 671, Loomis, CA 95650, or at public-interest@live.com. Thanks to all who signed the petition. Your support was important in many ways, which included exposing this horrific activity. Most citizens didn’t know deer-hound hunting was allowed at all. Now we wait for justice to prevail.
