He had his Subsequent 6th hearing at Valley State Prison on 5/19/2016. He was denied parole and given the minimum denial of 3 years. I would like the board to give the maximum of 15 year's between hearings, so all victims can start to heal . However, due to the fact he received the minimum 3 year denial, the Board of Parole will automatically do an Administrative Review (paper review) one year after his hearing date so, around April or May of 2017, to determine whether they can advance his hearing. The Board of Parole does this for every inmate who receives a 3 year denial.
