Thank you for signing our letter to the CBE!

Hello fellow MBP families, Thanks to everyone who participated in our MBP letter & petition to the CBE! Today we were able to present the CBE dialogue team, Trustee Hurdman, Chief Superintendent Stevenson, Deputy Chief Superintendent Church, Area II Director Unruh, Area I Director Parker, and Planning and Transportation Director Edwards with over 160 signatures (and accompanying comments) showing our appreciation for their community engagement efforts and our support for their final blended scenario. By all indications, our strategy of balancing out the negative commentary with our positive feedback seems to have helped. Director Unruh in particular was very moved and appreciative of our positive commentary and said the letter made her feel that they had made the right decision. That's incredible news! The final decision will be made in early February with the notices in the mail to all families to come in March. As always, we will try to keep you updated with any news via the MBP email distribution list. Thank you again to everyone for your interest in the future of the MBP!
