Remove Kelly Wooster as Planning Commissioner

The Issue

In a meeting on March 3, 2016 dealing with the eradication of invasive species, Kelly Wooster (Planning Commissioner, District 4) stated that the term "invasive species" should include "People from Mexico."  Comments such as this have no place in our community, especially coming from a county representative during a public meeting! This is unacceptable and we urge you to remove Mr. Wooster from his position as Calaveras County Planning Commissioner.

Michael MaganaPetition StarterThere is nothing more criminal than our justice system that unfairly punishes people whose acts were not intentional, while others commit intentional acts and get a slap on the wrist or a much lighter sentence. Communities of color are the hardest hit.
