"You may be aware of the case of "Floridian" Mohammed Zaher Ibrahim, who is in prison in Israel. His relative, Brevard County resident Zeyad Muhammed Kadur is making untruthful statements in the media with Council on American–Islamic Relations (CAIR). On multiple occasions and without any provocation, Mohammed Ibrahim and three additional unrelated terrorists launched large chunks of concrete in an attempt to injure or kill Israeli Jews who were lawfully in their own vehicles. Ibrahim and his wealthy, violent family belong to a well-funded transnational terrorist network.

This communication is to make you aware of the terrorist ties of Mohammed’s extended Ibrahim/Abraham/Kadur crime family from Florida, California, New York, and Missouri. They are highly involved with the terrorist subgroups within CAIR-Florida and Hamas. In Florida, this American-born family derides the United States, publicly flies Palestinian flags, and identifies as Palestinian refugees. This wealthy extended family sends their teenage and young adult sons to the Middle East, where they own multiple compounds in the West Bank. There was only one hospital in Palm Bay in the apparent year of his birth, Palm Bay Hospital, which is now part of the Health First group. It does and did not have a maternity unit. No Florida birth certificate can be located for him at this time. Zeyad Muhammed Kadur changes his story constantly in the media regarding his purported relationship with Mohammed Ibrahim. In some interviews, he's the uncle. On others, he's Mohammed's father's cousin. This man cannot be trusted.
Mohammed is a relative of Sayfollah Musallet, who apparently died in the West Bank this past July under suspicious circumstances. It should be noted that this wealthy family has surveillance cameras throughout their compounds. They also constantly shoot phone videos of their family gatherings and CAIR activism. It seems suspicious that the family and CAIR offer no footage or photos to support their claims of Musallet’s final hours nor Mohammed Ibrahim’s arrest.
Now that they are seeing legal consequences for their collective criminality in the Middle East, this clan is identifying as Floridians and declaring Mohammed Ibrahim as an “American child” who needs to “come home” to Florida. This 16-year-old violent criminal lives in the West Bank, not the United States.

This is the first time anyone in Mohammed’s extended Ibrahim/Abraham/Kadur crime family has ever identified as "Floridian," "American" or even "Palestinian-American." They have always angrily or smugly set themselves apart and called themselves Palestinian or Arab. Muna Abraham's nicknames have always been based on her Arab self-identification, such as "Arabaham." Not only is it questionable that for much of this white American-born criminal clan to portray themselves as “Palestinian refugees” because of their wealth and the number of generations in which they’ve resided in the United States, but they may be not completely truthful about their ancestral origins. Many or all of their ancestral lines may be from countries or regions other than those currently known as Israel, Gaza, and the West Bank. For example, it appears that Muna Abraham’s father, Nasser Abraham’s ancestral line was from Egypt. This family appears to be no better than rich white grifters who lie about Native American ancestry to steal scholarships and other benefits. "Palestinian refugees" are the new "Pretend-ians," it seems.
This letter was written quickly to offer you and the State Department some key points for consideration in the Mohammed Ibrahim detention issue. This matter rapidly gathered publicity and public protests this past weekend. Regrettably, this family's terrorism connections are so vast and their operations so intricate that there wasn't time to compile and edit all of the details in an organized, complete manner in the face of this mounting public pressure.
Please be aware that the narrative that Mohammed Ibrahim and his parents are "current Palm Bay residents" is a lie. The parents, Zaher Ibrahim and Muna Hallum, sold their Palm Bay house on San Cortez Avenue NE and left Brevard County in 2008. They live in the West Bank, not the United States.

Mohammed Ibrahim and his parents are not current Florida residents, but they do forge current residency in order to illegally attain benefits. Zaher fraudulently collects welfare benefits through the Brevard County address of his cousin who's been on the news, Zeyad Muhammed Kadur. He does not live there, and Zadur is knowingly helping him break the law. Mohammed’s mother, Muna Hallum, fraudulently receives welfare benefits for Mohammed at the address of a Palm Bay relative, Intisar Ibrahim. She also uses the first name Mona on some documents.
The narrative that Mohammed is a Floridian, or an American who was merely on vacation in the West Bank, is one of many CAIR's cons to derive sympathy and donations. However, considering the legal problems this wealthy family recently created for themselves in the West Bank, it is possible they will impose themselves on Florida as antisemitic activist "heroes" if Mohammed is released. CAIR-Florida's public protests would become a security burden for Florida law enforcement with this extended family at the center.
Multiple other members of this extended family who live in other states and the West Bank use addresses of the Florida-based family members in order to fraudulently attain welfare benefits, Florida in-state college tuition, online virtual schooling, tax credits, and other benefits.
Many of the extended Ibrahim/Abraham/Kadur family of Missouri, California, New York, and Florida are wealthy, fourth-generation, antisemitic white Americans who call themselves "Palestinian refugees." Multiple members have deceptively acquired scholarships and professional internships intended for recent refugees. They have also misappropriated scholarships, tutoring, entry quotas, and other aid programs at University of Central Florida and University of Florida by claiming to be low-income, non-white, first-generation Americans, and the first in their family lineage to go to college. They claim they're immigrants and persons of color. All of those taking advantage of these programs and currently living in Florida are white, financially affluent, and were born and raised in the United States to US-born parents.

The family attorney of Mohammed Ibrahim is his white Muslim maternal Florida cousin Muna Abraham, the daughter of Sandra Gassebeh Ibrahim, a white self-described Palestinian "refugee" who was born and raised in Missouri. Muna and her four siblings grew up in wealth and privilege. They traveled outside of Florida to enjoy luxurious ski vacations in Europe, yet they still cast themselves as the victims of the victims of the establishment of Israel that happened in 1948, before any of them were born.
On her 16th birthday, Muna was gifted her own Mercedes. She still uses programs intended for non-white low-income refugees. This story of "oppression" is a Florida terrorist money teat.
They own several upscale Florida clothing stores throughout Central Florida and Brevard County. They also run an Orlando “make-your-own lipstick and candles” store of questionable safety, health, and cleanliness standards. The family inundates customers and tourists with anti-Israel information.
Muna Abraham's legal specialties are defending sadistic pedophiles, serial rapists, and terrorist groups of both religious and political varieties. She relates to these groups because she’s as cruel and fraudulent as they are. She manipulates and falsifies video footage for domestic terrorist groups who assault law enforcement such as People for their Ethical Treatment of Animals’ riot cells helmed by New Yorker Shannon Blair and her felon boyfriend Wesley Hucker. Their 2024 attack on a female police officer at a west Orange County Starbucks location was carefully selected in advance, choreographed, and timed to take place a few days before the shareholders’ meeting the following week. The PETA activists were angry about Starbucks’ upcharge for non-dairy milks in their coffee beverages. Abraham was consulted for the Starbucks riot in advance by PETA because of her anti-Israel activism against the chain. She and the terrorist arm of CAIR are associated with Hashem Younis Hashem Hnaihen, the Jordanian national who vandalized and left antisemitic letters at one McDonalds’ and six Starbucks’ locations in Orange County in 2024. His letters stated he committed these acts because the parent companies conduct business in Israel. Hnaihen also vandalized a propane facility and the large municipal solar plant in east Orange County. The Ninth Circuit courts dropped the Starbucks and McDonald charges, but the federal court upheld the solar plant charges. CAIR’s terrorist arm and the Ibrahim/Abraham/Kadur crime family were aware of Hnaihen’s plans in advance. When the 45-year-old Hnaihen was arrested, he claimed that his city of birth was “West Bank”, and country of birth was “Gaza.” He said his nationality is “Gaza.” The Orange County Sheriff’s Office and Ninth Judicial Circuit still have this geographically and historically inaccurate information on file for him.
According to news reports, Hnaihen is in the country illegally. He and his wife Asira Shaheen continue to own a house on Lynbrook Road in Orlando.
Abrahams’ PETA rioters intentionally seated undercover operatives throughout the business to pose as customers, placed large male enforcers to stand in the front of the store to also pose as customers, created a bottleneck in the middle of the restaurant that trapped the female officer, recorded the incident with multiple incidents, placed minors in the back of the business so that there would be a pretense for aggressive adult activists to push past the law enforcement officers in the store, and later doctored the video footage with the assistance of Muna Abraham.
This Orange County Starbucks event was a "test" for Abraham. She plans to stage riots similarly for CAIR-Florida, using strategically-placed children, trapped law enforcement, and doctored video footage.
In Muna Abraham's PETA case, a violent teenager with a sympathetic face, Evan LeFevre, was selected in advance to assault law enforcement. His brand has risen with this assault. His similarities to Mohammed Ibrahim are numerous. Perhaps Ibrahim was also strategically selected as a sympathetic-appearing violent teenage “hero” by Muna Abraham and CAIR to undermine the seriousness of the violence he’s perpetrated on the West Bank.

The Abraham family sells donations to unnamed Palestinian causes on Facebook. Donors receive candles of the map of “Palestine” in return. The shape of these candles makes their intentions clear that the Palestinians intend to acquire the entirety of the areas now known as Israel, Gaza, and the West Bank. They don’t disclose these fundraisers to Florida authorities. Perhaps an analysis of Sandra Abraham’s cashapp and other financial transactions would of interest.
Muna Abraham "wins" cases by knowingly breaking victims' rights laws, fraudulently altering camera footage, harassing victims and their families, introducing violent persons with witness-tampering histories (methamphetamine dealer John Richard Tate from Baron Road), introducing false witnesses who were not at crime scenes and who fraudulently claim they can only speak Vietnamese minutes before court one month and a Mandarin translator the next (John Do from Maumee St in Orlando), and blatant lies. She and others at the Longwell Lawyers firm call their sexual assault clients' victims and their families fraudulently claiming to be Ninth Judicial Circuit prosecutors in order to attain candid information from them.
Multiple victims of Muna Abraham's clients have noted that she clearly enjoyed compounding their trauma - her sloppy, cruel actions did not solely appear to be about defending the case. She's a deceitful bully who frames the sadistic attacker as the hero. Her dishonesty was often and easily exposed throughout cases, although the Ninth Circuit did nothing in response. She's "won" to date by her good fortune that she's been in a Soros-helmed court circuit for her entire career that's allowed her clumsy fraud and cruelty to slide, then quickly be expunged. If this malicious, erratic liar is who CAIR-Florida and Mohammed Ibrahim have chosen to represent them, perhaps this is what America needs to know about their cause.

Abraham characterizes Naipaul Ramphal and his son Randy's years of unprovoked, antisemitic brick-throwing and explosive-launching crimes as "just a rock that was smaller than a cell phone." The Orange County Sheriff's Office recently released the brick to Ramphal's two 2022 victims before the case was expunged because the victims feared that Ramphal would attempt to kill them again with it. Naipaul Ramphal attempted to murder two senior Second Chance volunteers in early 2022 who didn't know or provoke him. Ramphal attacked them because from viewing them from his property, he noticed they appeared Jewish and they volunteered for Second Chance, and they couldn’t fight back because of age and disability. They had never met him. Ramphal stormed from his large property (741 Baron Road) to the property next door with the brick and tried to murder them. He used a brick to bash the head of one of them, a senior military veteran who did not know or provoke him that evening. He also vandalized the first victim’s vehicle and eyeglasses with the brick. The two volunteers had no prior involvements with the prior conflicts between Ramphal and Second Chance. Neither of the two 2022 victims had any history of conflicts with Ramphal, nor any prior criminal histories in general. Ramphal continues to stalk, harass, record, and send email referencing the Zyklon B and other Holocaust-related imagery to the two victims. He harassed them in the courtroom at a pretrial hearing with impunity. It’s suspected that Muna Abraham has encouraged this conduct. State Attorney Monique Worrell and her assistant prosecutors refuse to offer protection to the victims or prosecute Ramphal for hate-based crimes.
Ramphal uses bricks and flaming objects to attempt to murder other victims in their cars on Baron Road. He has done this to several victims and in multiple settings, but his preferred targets are Jews. People have fled Baron Road before their houses have been sold because of this terrorist. He has attempted to murder multiple senior US disabled military veterans, not just the 2022 victims. He defaced a new US flag with his own feces and flew it outside his home below another country’s flag on the 4th of July. This is who Muna Abraham gleefully and dishonestly protects.
Much as with the case of Mohammed Ibrahim’s West Bank house, Naipaul Ramphal’s house has surveillance cameras on the walls and roof. In Ramphal’s 2022 case, Muna Abraham was asked for the evening’s surveillance video by the assistant prosecutor. Abraham dishonestly responded that Ramphal’s cameras were “for decorative purposes only.” Where are the videos that could possibly exonerate Mohammed Ibrahim? Will she tell the same laughable lie?
Naipaul Ramphal and his daughter Manisha Ramphal Recinos bought a building at the corner of Colonial/State Route 50 and Sherman (15200 E Colonial Drive) to record and harass his Jewish victims. State Route 50 is one of the only ways to travel from Orange County to Brevard. It’s currently the only functional non-toll east-west state highway between the two.
The Ramphals killed the trees in order to have a clear view to record State Route 50 and Sherman. The building otherwise sits empty. It was solely bought one reason in early 2023 - to remotely record and harass their Jewish victims on one of the only major intersections into Avalon Park since Old Chaney Highway washed out in 2018.

This is the first time anyone in Mohammed’s extended Ibrahim/Abraham/Kadur crime family has ever identified as "Floridian," "American" or even "Palestinian-American." They have always angrily or smugly set themselves apart and called themselves Palestinian or Arab. Muna Abraham's nicknames have always been based on her Arab self-identification, such as "Arabaham." Not only is it questionable that for much of this white American-born criminal clan to portray themselves as “Palestinian refugees” because of their wealth and the number of generations in which they’ve resided in the United States, but they may be not completely truthful about their ancestral origins. Many or all of their ancestral lines may be from countries or regions other than those currently known as Israel, Gaza, and the West Bank. For example, it appears that Muna Abraham’s father, Nasser Abraham’s ancestral line was from Egypt. This family appears to be no better than rich white grifters who lie about Native American ancestry to steal scholarships and other benefits. "Palestinian refugees" are the new "Pretend-ians," it seems.
This letter was written quickly to offer you and the State Department some key points for consideration in the Mohammed Ibrahim detention issue. This matter rapidly gathered publicity and public protests this past weekend. Regrettably, this family's terrorism connections are so vast and their operations so intricate that there wasn't time to compile and edit all of the details in an organized, complete manner in the face of this mounting public pressure.
Please be aware that the narrative that Mohammed Ibrahim and his parents are "current Palm Bay residents" is a lie. The parents, Zaher Ibrahim and Muna Hallum, sold their Palm Bay house on San Cortez Avenue NE and left Brevard County in 2008. They live in the West Bank, not the United States.

Mohammed Ibrahim and his parents are not current Florida residents, but they do forge current residency in order to illegally attain benefits. Zaher fraudulently collects welfare benefits through the Brevard County address of his cousin who's been on the news, Zeyad Muhammed Kadur. He does not live there, and Zadur is knowingly helping him break the law. Mohammed’s mother, Muna Hallum, fraudulently receives welfare benefits for Mohammed at the address of a Palm Bay relative, Intisar Ibrahim. She also uses the first name Mona on some documents.
The narrative that Mohammed is a Floridian, or an American who was merely on vacation in the West Bank, is one of many CAIR's cons to derive sympathy and donations. However, considering the legal problems this wealthy family recently created for themselves in the West Bank, it is possible they will impose themselves on Florida as antisemitic activist "heroes" if Mohammed is released. CAIR-Florida's public protests would become a security burden for Florida law enforcement with this extended family at the center.
Multiple other members of this extended family who live in other states and the West Bank use addresses of the Florida-based family members in order to fraudulently attain welfare benefits, Florida in-state college tuition, online virtual schooling, tax credits, and other benefits.
Many of the extended Ibrahim/Abraham/Kadur family of Missouri, California, New York, and Florida are wealthy, fourth-generation, antisemitic white Americans who call themselves "Palestinian refugees." Multiple members have deceptively acquired scholarships and professional internships intended for recent refugees. They have also misappropriated scholarships, tutoring, entry quotas, and other aid programs at University of Central Florida and University of Florida by claiming to be low-income, non-white, first-generation Americans, and the first in their family lineage to go to college. They claim they're immigrants and persons of color. All of those taking advantage of these programs and currently living in Florida are white, financially affluent, and were born and raised in the United States to US-born parents.
All of the Abraham children received Mercedes sedans on their birthdays. Their "poor non-white Palestinian refugees" stories that they've used to DEI scholarships are equally fraudulent as rich white students known as "Pretendians" who fake Native American ancestry to attain benefits.
The family attorney of Mohammed Ibrahim is his white Muslim maternal Florida cousin Muna Abraham, the daughter of Sandra Gassebeh Ibrahim, a white self-described Palestinian "refugee" who was born and raised in Missouri. Muna's father is Nasser Hashem Abraham, also a self-described "victim of Israeli colonialists" who was born in Brevard County, Florida to a wealthy family. Muna and her four siblings grew up in wealth and privilege. They traveled outside of Florida to enjoy luxurious ski vacations in Europe, yet they still cast themselves as the victims of the victims of the establishment of Israel that happened in 1948, before any of them were born.
On her 16th birthday, Muna was gifted her own Mercedes. She still uses programs intended for non-white low-income refugees. This story of "oppression" is a Florida terrorist money teat.
They own several upscale Florida clothing stores throughout Central Florida and Brevard County. They also run an Orlando “make-your-own lipstick and candles” store of questionable safety, health, and cleanliness standards. The family inundates customers and tourists with anti-Israel information.
Muna Abraham's legal specialties are defending sadistic pedophiles, serial rapists, and terrorist groups of both religious and political varieties. She relates to these groups because she’s as cruel and fraudulent as they are. She manipulates and falsifies video footage for domestic terrorist groups who assault law enforcement such as People for their Ethical Treatment of Animals’ riot cells helmed by New Yorker Shannon Blair and her felon boyfriend Wesley Hucker. Their 2024 attack on a female police officer at a west Orange County Starbucks location was carefully selected in advance, choreographed, and timed to take place a few days before the shareholders’ meeting the following week. The PETA activists were angry about Starbucks’ upcharge for non-dairy milks in their coffee beverages. Abraham was consulted for the Starbucks riot in advance by PETA because of her anti-Israel activism against the chain. She and the terrorist arm of CAIR are associated with Hashem Younis Hashem Hnaihen, the Jordanian national who vandalized and left antisemitic letters at one McDonalds’ and six Starbucks’ locations in Orange County in 2024. His letters stated he committed these acts because the parent companies conduct business in Israel. Hnaihen also vandalized a propane facility and the large municipal solar plant in east Orange County. The Ninth Circuit courts dropped the Starbucks and McDonald charges, but the federal court upheld the solar plant charges. CAIR’s terrorist arm and the Ibrahim/Abraham/Kadur crime family were aware of Hnaihen’s plans in advance. When the 45-year-old Hnaihen was arrested, he claimed that his city of birth was “West Bank”, and country of birth was “Gaza.” He said his nationality is “Gaza.” The Orange County Sheriff’s Office and Ninth Judicial Circuit still have this geographically and historically inaccurate information on file for him.
According to news reports, Hnaihen is in the country illegally. He and his wife Asira Shaheen continue to own a house on Lynbrook Road in Orlando.
Abrahams’ PETA rioters intentionally seated undercover operatives throughout the business to pose as customers, placed large male enforcers to stand in the front of the store to also pose as customers, created a bottleneck in the middle of the restaurant that trapped the female officer, recorded the incident with multiple incidents, placed minors in the back of the business so that there would be a pretense for aggressive adult activists to push past the law enforcement officers in the store, and later doctored the video footage with the assistance of Muna Abraham.
This Orange County Starbucks event was a "test" for Abraham. She plans to stage riots similarly for CAIR-Florida, using strategically-placed children, trapped law enforcement, and doctored video footage.
In Muna Abraham's PETA case, a violent teenager with a sympathetic face, Evan LeFevre, was selected in advance to assault law enforcement. His brand has risen with this assault. His similarities to Mohammed Ibrahim are numerous. Perhaps Ibrahim was also strategically selected as a sympathetic-appearing violent teenage “hero” by Muna Abraham and CAIR to undermine the seriousness of the violence he’s perpetrated on the West Bank.

The Abraham family sells donations to unnamed Palestinian causes on Facebook. Donors receive candles of the map of “Palestine” in return. The shape of these candles makes their intentions clear that the Palestinians intend to acquire the entirety of the areas now known as Israel, Gaza, and the West Bank. They don’t disclose these fundraisers to Florida authorities. Perhaps an analysis of Sandra Abraham’s cashapp and other financial transactions would of interest.
Muna Abraham "wins" cases by knowingly breaking victims' rights laws, fraudulently altering camera footage, harassing victims and their families, introducing violent persons with witness-tampering histories (methamphetamine dealer John Richard Tate from Baron Road), introducing false witnesses who were not at crime scenes and who fraudulently claim they can only speak Vietnamese minutes before court one month and a Mandarin translator the next (John Do from Maumee St in Orlando), and blatant lies. She and others at the Longwell Lawyers firm call their sexual assault clients' victims and their families fraudulently claiming to be Ninth Judicial Circuit prosecutors in order to attain candid information from them.
Multiple victims of Muna Abraham's clients have noted that she clearly enjoyed compounding their trauma - her sloppy, cruel actions did not solely appear to be about defending the case. She's a deceitful bully who frames the sadistic attacker as the hero. Her dishonesty was often and easily exposed throughout cases, although the Ninth Circuit did nothing in response. She's "won" to date by her good fortune that she's been in a Soros-helmed court circuit for her entire career that's allowed her clumsy fraud and cruelty to slide, then quickly be expunged. If this malicious, erratic liar is who CAIR-Florida and Mohammed Ibrahim have chosen to represent them, perhaps this is what America needs to know about their cause.

Abraham characterizes Naipaul Ramphal and his son Randy's years of unprovoked, antisemitic brick-throwing and explosive-launching crimes as "just a rock that was smaller than a cell phone." The Orange County Sheriff's Office recently released the brick to Ramphal's two 2022 victims before the case was expunged because the victims feared that Ramphal would attempt to kill them again with it. They also have camera footage from the incident that matches the released brick. It's certainly not "smaller than a cell phone." Muna Abraham is not truthful in this or most things.
Naipaul Ramphal, his wife Sherry Saran, and their adult children Randy Ramphal and Manisha Ramphal-Rencinos have been terrorizing Jews in East Orlando for years. After moving to Baron Road around 2017 following the Avalon Park eviction, the Ramphals harassed a 40-year-old no-kill animal rescue charity named Second Chance Wildlife Sanctuary into closure because of the Jews on the board. There were also Christians who volunteered there. It's not a secret he burned it down in 2019 while the manager Jim Bronzo slept. He could have been killed, and 40 animals were killed in the fire. All because of the Jews who volunteered there.

The Ramphals launched explosive missiles into the yards of his Jewish neighbors on Baron Road. He also launched tannerite missiles into three preexisting animal sanctuaries on Baron Road, one of which was Second Chance.
One of the beloved rescued animals at Second Chance was a llama named "Dhali Llama," a former pet of the late comedian Robin Williams. After the suicide of Williams, his family asked Second Chance to take Dhali, and they agreed. Dhali was a longtime favorite of autistic children who visited the sanctuary as part of a community outreach program. When Ramphal heard about this, he decided to kill Dhali because Williams was Jewish. He aimed one of his flaming missiles over the fence at Second Chance one night and succeeded at killing the llama, as he had done with other rescued animals at the 40-year-old sanctuary that predated his 2017 move-in. There have been dozens of service calls from Baron Road neighbors since then, but Orange County Sheriff’s Office often refuses to respond, let alone take a report. Muna Abraham laughed at the story of Robin Williams' and Dhali Llama's deaths.
Muna Abraham and CAIR have protected Ramphal's "right" to stalk and assault to Jews on Colonial, Sherman, Topaz Lake Court, and especially Baron Road. Baron Road has been nicknamed “Little Beirut” and “Heroin Row” in recent years. The dishonest attorney "Paula Delayman" in the book is Muna Abraham. “Brick Loozner” is Naipaul Ramphal.

Naipaul Ramphal attempted to murder two senior Second Chance volunteers in early 2022 who didn't know or provoke him. Ramphal attacked them because from viewing them from his property, he noticed they appeared Jewish and they volunteered for Second Chance, and they couldn’t fight back because of age and disability. They had never met him. Ramphal stormed from his large property (741 Baron Road) to the property next door with the brick and tried to murder them. He used a brick to bash the head of one of them, a senior military veteran who did not know or provoke him that evening. He also vandalized the first victim’s vehicle and eyeglasses with the brick. The two volunteers had no prior involvements with the prior conflicts between Ramphal and Second Chance. Neither of the two 2022 victims had any history of conflicts with Ramphal, nor any prior criminal histories in general. Ramphal continues to stalk, harass, record, and send email referencing the Zyklon B and other Holocaust-related imagery to the two victims. He harassed them in the courtroom at a pretrial hearing with impunity. It’s suspected that Muna Abraham has encouraged this conduct. State Attorney Monique Worrell and her assistant prosecutors refuse to offer protection to the victims or prosecute Ramphal for hate-based crimes.
Ramphal uses bricks and flaming objects to attempt to murder other victims in their cars on Baron Road. He has done this to several victims and in multiple settings, but his preferred targets are Jews. People have fled Baron Road before their houses have been sold because of this terrorist. He has attempted to murder multiple senior US disabled military veterans, not just the 2022 victims. He defaced a new US flag with his own feces and flew it outside his home below another country’s flag on the 4th of July. This is who Muna Abraham gleefully and dishonestly protects.
Much as with the case of Mohammed Ibrahim’s West Bank house, Naipaul Ramphal’s house has surveillance cameras on the walls and roof. In Ramphal’s 2022 case, Muna Abraham was asked for the evening’s surveillance video by the assistant prosecutor. Abraham dishonestly responded that Ramphal’s cameras were “for decorative purposes only.” Where are the videos that could possibly exonerate Mohammed Ibrahim? Will she tell the same laughable lie?
Naipaul Ramphal and his daughter Manisha Ramphal Recinos bought a building at the corner of Colonial/State Route 50 and Sherman (15200 E Colonial Drive) to record and harass his Jewish victims. State Route 50 is one of the only ways to travel from Orange County to Brevard. It’s currently the only functional non-toll east-west state highway between the two.
The Ramphals killed the trees in order to have a clear view to record State Route 50 and Sherman. The building otherwise sits empty. It was solely bought one reason in early 2023 - to remotely record and harass their Jewish victims on one of the only major intersections into Avalon Park since Old Chaney Highway washed out in 2018.

The Ramphals’ purported business, R-Squared Contracting and Engineering, is used as a front for terrorism, trafficking, and other criminal activities.
