PETA and Florida attorney Muna Abraham of Longwell Lawyers: Share the Full Starbucks Video

The Issue

This petition asks People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals, Muna Abraham of Longwell Lawyers, along with rioters Shannon Blair and her son Evan LeFevre to honestly share their full, unedited video footage and court records from the Central Florida Starbucks battery incident that took place in March 2024.

At least a dozen activists were recording the incident, but most of their videos aren’t publicly posted now. The following five saved public videos will be referenced throughout this petition. Two or more of them were recorded by Shannon Blair. The public is encouraged to save and share these videos in case they are deleted by the original websites. The videos can be re-posted if PETA or the rioters delete them.

You can decide for yourself if you believe that PETA, Florida attorney Muna Abraham, Evan LeFevre, Shannon Blair, and Wesley Hucker are intentionally lying. This paper should be considered as only an opinion.

On or around Friday, March 8, 2024, at 1 pm, aggressive demonstrators from People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) rioted at a Starbucks in Winter Garden, Florida. They included New Yorker Shannon Marie Blair, her teenage son Evan LeFevre, and Blair’s boyfriend Wesley Hucker. The three were apparently cited by the Orange County Sheriff’s Office. Hucker was transported to the jail.

This conveniently happened only five days before PETA’s planned protest at the annual Starbucks shareholders gathering. Two days before that meeting, PETA used the “dramatic” arrest against the company in their press releases. Coincidence?

https://www.peta.org/media/news-releases/drop-it-peta-to-cause-a-stir-at-starbucks-shareholder-meeting-over-nondairy-milk-upcharge/

LeFevre was charged with felony battery of law enforcement, trespassing, and resisting arrest. Hucker was charged with misdemeanor trespassing and Blair was apparently cited for same. PETA funded their defense with Muna Abraham of the expensive Longwell Lawyers firm. All charges or citations were soon dismissed or acquitted. Muna Abraham has already motioned to all arrest and court records to be censored from the public and media. PETA's supplied "footage" was recorded by Shannon Blair's phone. Attorney Muna Abraham is allegedly involved in antisemitic causes that also oppose Starbucks.

Eight stores were vandalized in Orange County with anti-Jewish and anti-American threats in 2024. A large solar power plant was also extensively damaged. According to Orange County court records, Islamic terrorist Hashem Younis Hashem Hnaihen was arrested.

Blair and her family have been paid “animal rights” agitators in Central and Eastern Florida for several years. They have low-level celebrity status in several “animal rights” circles and are paid to travel internationally to start riots. Evan LeFevre is known as “Vegan Evan.” LeFevre and other children have been used by animal rights activists for several years at protests to  behave aggressively and commit crimes, as children will generally not face arrest or prosecution. Blair financially exploited young LeFevre as America’s “cutest vegan kid” for several years. Now that he’s a teenager with facial hair and a deeper voice, that gimmick is waning. The Starbucks incident renewed Blair and LeFevre marketability in “animal rights” circles. Is the younger boy who’s trailing and observing LeFevre in the Starbucks video a “student” in  Blair’s animal rights lucrative “youth mentorship” program?

https://www.floridatoday.com/story/entertainment/dining/apleasantrepast/2016/04/18/melbournes-veganevan-named-cutest-vegan-kid/83188354/#:~:text=Evan%20LeFevre%20got%20a%20nice%20surprise%20when%20his,to%20save%20animals%20and%20the%20Earth%2C%22%20he%20said

Blair and LeFevre are frequently seen throughout Florida bullying and threatening people at the state fair, stores, farms, and several other businesses. When Blair is confronted by management or officers, she avoids accountability by theatrically screaming that she’s pregnant and her “chiiiii-yuld” is with her. She and her boyfriend exploit their children as a shield to avoid responsibility. Hucker, Blair, and LeFevre have provoked physical altercations with bystanders and officers for the past several years at other “animal rights” protests. At the Florida lives in Starbucks store, they performed their usual cons. PETA activists are aware that law enforcement is reluctant to arrest parents who have young children in their care, which usually means that one or both of them aren’t transported to jail.

LeFevre is “enrolled” as an Eastern Florida State College student through Florida’s taxpaid online homeschool program. This enables him to travel internationally to similar riots year-round while staying off educational authorities’ radars. There’s speculation that his mother is completing most of the work.

By late May 2024, charges against all three of these abusers had been dropped or acquitted. PETA has continued to use this “traumatic” incident in their activism against the store. As of mid-September 2024, Blair and her son are still prominent in PETA’s campaign against Starbucks, dishonestly categorizing their arrests there as a disruption to the “First Amendment” and their “peaceful” protest.

Employees who have direct knowledge of what really happened at the Florida Starbucks in March 2024 report incidents very different from PETA's version. They state that PETA and Blair’s family misrepresented themselves and their footage to the press.  Major media outlets used PETA’s “footage” in their coverage of the incident.

First, this paper will review of Video #1 (as listed above) that PETA is sending to the public and media.

https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fo/hunbeuxn7ibe9vuyrepqs/h?e=8&preview=Child+Arrested+at+Starbucks+Horizontal.mov&rlkey=ed6rovv4pds7kmu7oey3gz35d&dl=0

PETA and Blair claim that the supplied video is uncut and unedited. The supplied video ends at 0:57. It’s unlikely that so much activity, as stated below, could have happened in such a short period and tells the entire story. Below is the series of events. Also, review of this incident suggests that events have been pre-planned by the activists for maximum media attention, damage to Starbucks and its customers, and distress to police.

This video was apparently recorded by activist Shannon Blair's camera phone. Blair, who knew she was seven months pregnant, apparently entered the store through the crowded front doors and veered to the right.

Next, Blair's boyfriend Wesley Hucker, who was carrying their daughter Saige, also apparently enters the store through the front and walks in a straight line.  Saige was about 21 months old then. Hucker frequently carries Saige at events.

https://www.facebook.com/photo/?fbid=389359613150801&set=pcb.389364106483685

Because we do not actually see Blair or Wesley Hucker walking through the front doors, it's possible that they were standing still inside the entrance before the recording began, but this seems highly unlikely considering the following issues.

The audio of the first video appears to be modified. As will be detailed in the additional videos, activist Malaina Watts was loudly shouting obscenities and accusations into the store during this time sequence. Watts cannot be heard even in the background in this video. Why?

In order to access the back, Wesley Hucker chooses to walk through the chaos of officers and remaining activists who are in the middle of the store despite the potential danger to himself, Saige, and others. Blair quickly reaches the children by moving through the empty cashier line to her right. Oddly, neither Blair nor Hucker chose to safely enter through the uncrowded side doors which were within a few steps of the unsupervised children. Both were aware that the children were seated in back of the Starbucks and quickly connected with them in the footage. Nearby, Blair’s baby stroller, used for their toddler daughter Saige Justice Hucker, is next to the wall and the safer public side exit. There was no logical reason for the couple and children to navigate the ongoing commotion in the middle of the store and volatile front exit.

The unattended children quietly remained in back of the store after most of the activists had gone outside and shouted expletives at the officers in front of the store. One of the unattended children is PETA "hero" Evan LeFevre, also known as "Vegan Evan."

https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100073787042944

Multiple white women and a man calmly sat in and outside the store on their laptops as if they didn't notice or were concerned by the chaos. PETA protests frequently position multiple lookouts in a similar manner. There are often cameras on the back of the laptops. The potential lookouts in this case may have also been in those positions to ensure that the children stayed corralled until the next steps. This store, located at 16065 New Independence Parkway in Winter Garden, does not have several customers sitting on their laptops at any one time. More than 100 photos of this property and its layout can be seen on Google Maps.

https://tinyurl.com/46vs7xfh

During this protest, at least 10 “customers” quietly sat on their laptops inside and outside the store, in addition to multiple unattended laptops strategically placed in other areas. Normally, this suburban Orange County Starbucks location does not host such a high number of  seated “customers” on Friday afternoons. This is easy to confirm.

Blair shouted multiple vegan slogans as she traversed the store. Evan LeFevre quietly sat with a younger boy and girl who were both wearing light blue shirts. The girl appears to have her right arm in a black sling. The children did not move until Blair shouted a different chant.  She did not tell the children it was time to depart, yet the children began moving toward the middle of the store. Was the new slogan a code phrase? Blair does not direct them to exit instead through the safer public side door.

From seconds 0:03 to 0:10, the three children apparently begin walking ahead of Blair toward the busy middle of the store. Blair conveniently pans away from all of them with her camera, oddly recording the wall where there’s no activity. In 0:11, none of the minors are in front of her or anywhere in view anymore. Other than one brief view of the boy at 0:35 that will be detailed later, the two children in the light blue shirts are apparently not visible again in this entire first video.

Beginning at 0:12 and to the viewer’s upper left are multiple white men. They’re dressed in business-casual attire, including buttoned shirts and long pants. This store does not generally have multiple men in this attire on Fridays in March. They are in the front corner of the store and a few steps from the front corner of the store counter. One of them is wearing a medium-blue shirt. A man is about one to two feet him to the right, wearing a light blue shirt. The man in the medium-blue shirt has his hands on the back of his hips and is facing in the direction of Blair. The counter is within view but they’re multiple steps from it. To the viewer’s right (the men’s left) is a male enforcement officer who seems to be speaking on his radio, which is apparently held in front of his mouth. This officer appears to be wearing a black watch on his left wrist. No other men are easily visible within the immediate area of the man in the medium-blue shirt.

By 0:14, the men’s positions have noticeably changed. The man in the medium-blue shirt now has his hands on the front of his hips and he’s facing in a different direction. A man in a lilac purple shirt appears to the right. A different man in a light blue short-sleeved shirt appears behind the man in the medium-blue one, crosses to the left, and approaches the counter.  By 0:15, he’s nearly at the counter. The officer has already turned in the opposite direction, and is walking away to the right. He is no longer holding the radio to his mouth. At the beginning of 0:16, the man in the lilac shirt is adjusting his short sleeve on his upper arm with the other hand. Within one second, he moves both of his hands to his sides, then places them on his hips. This all happens before the end of 0:16. For the rest of this video and in others, the men have several more illogically rapid positional changes.

PETA is known to plant groups of large, clean-cut white men at store protests. These men pose as “customers.” They’re often dressed in business-casual clothes or golf attire. If a confrontation between a store employee and protestor becomes too intense, the male “customer” pretends to be generally sympathetic to the store or law enforcement, but also wishing the deescalate the situation. This gives the employees and law enforcement a false sense of safety and support. The “customer” intervenes, tells the protestor to calm down, and may even begin to escort the protestor away. Fooled by the men, the employees and officers do not ask them to leave as they do with the rioters.

PETA, Longwell Lawyers, and their attorney Muna Abraham seem to have supplied a deceptively edited video to the media. Evan LeFevre ("Vegan Evan") assaulted both officers and threw liquid at them. Shannon Blair and her boyfriend were also aggressive that day.

The video appears cut several times, especially between 0:20 and 0:56. Notice the long table to the left as Blair and Evan LeFevre approach the officers. There are two or three upright drinks at the far end of the long table. There are other oddly unattended electronic items including at least one open laptop computer. On the center left of the table there are two or more upright beverages and a closed laptop computer. One or both laptops may be recording the incidents. There also appears to be an unattended electronic tablet. An unidentified white cylinder stands upright at the end of the table. It’s difficult to determine if this is a drink in a white cup or a recording device. None of the protesters seem concerned about these unattended electronics nor attempts to retrieve them during this footage. Facing this table from Blair's angle, there are no items on the center right of the long table. An unattended backpack is on a chair.

The activists aren’t afraid to be confrontational with the officers, but none of them express concern about the two unattended laptops, electronic tablet, and backpack at the long table. It’s rare to see one electronic device in any Starbucks store for an extended time, let alone three. Nobody attempts to retrieve them during the footage. Were they deliberately placed there to record a planned incident? None of the protestors shouting into or mingling around the store in the footage tell the officers they need to retrieve their electronics.

Criminals and manipulative activists are advised by their unethical attorneys how to shoot "footage" that has several convenient cutaway points. This is used to conceal the wrongdoings of the person shooting or his accomplices. The objects in the cutaway points are usually uninteresting, which calls into question why the subject would be focusing on those still objects rather than the active situation nearby. This video appears to have several incidents of this. As just two examples, Blair illogically turns the camera away from the action to shoot a wall at 0:09, as well as to a woman calmly speaking on the phone in the courtyard at 0:22. When the footage returns to activity, there has clearly been an elapse in time as well in the positions of the people in view.

As Blair approaches the long table to her left, there is a female officer standing next to it. There are no other people next to or at that table. Multiple Orange County Sheriff’s Officers are attempting to clear the store at the request of Starbucks management. On the female officer’s left wrist is a watch with a light blue band.

The camera aims away. At 0:28, a blond female activist who’s wearing shorts, a black tank top, and animal ears is inside and near the front glass doors. She walks toward the officers in the middle of the store while holding a sign over her head. By 0:33, the same woman is standing still, facing in the direction of the cash registers, and leaning over the long table with her sign placed on the table. How and why did she move and change positions so quickly? She lingers despite the directives to leave. At best, she has remained in the store after the protestors have clearly been instructed to leave. At worst, she is attempting to orchestrate the upcoming incidents. She oddly disappears in Blair’s first video as quickly as she appeared. She may be the mother or otherwise associated with the younger boy in the light blue shirt who’s still across the room. However, she doesn’t appear concerned about him in any of the videos and the younger boy apparently remains unattended.

At the beginning of the video, Blair has apparently entered the store from the front and is walking through the empty check-out lane while shouting slogans. There is shouting in the background. Blair approaches unattended multiple children in the back of the Starbucks, including her 13-year-old son Evan LeFevre. There's clearly a set of glass doors next to the children and Shannon Blair.  Wesley Grant Hucker, who's the father of younger children by Blair, approaches soon thereafter carrying the couple's toddler, Saige Justice Hucker, who's wearing a floral dress. Hucker angles to the right of Blair, toward Saige’s stroller next to the side exit. In addition to Evan, there are at least three younger children present in this situation.

https://www.facebook.com/photo/?fbid=10160680421383547&set=a.10150339231518547

They choose not to safely exit through the uncrowded doors that are within a few steps of them. They also chose not to exit through the cleared section next the cash register, through which Blair accessed the back of the store. Alternatively, they could have exited through the empty cashier line through which Blair approached the children Instead, Blair, and her teen son Evan, Hucker, and apparently the other children approach the disordered middle of the store and the Orange County officers.  Why do this, unless to cause more conflict?

While approaching the officers in the middle of the store, Blair is angrily shouting vegan slogans. At 0:28, Blair is facing Corporal Tony Brisinte, loudly demanding his name and “badge or ID number.” This encounter continues until 0:34. Blair is facing in the direction of the other set of glass doors that lead to the parking lot. As with the other male officer, Brisinte is wearing a black watch with a round face on his left wrist. Brisinte is also wearing a black ring on his left ring finger. Many of the protesters are outside, shouting swearwords.

Notice the position of the officers and Shannon Blair beginning at 0:34. Blair is still in her verbal exchange with Tony Brisinte. Her son Evan LeFevre is not in view. On Blair's immediate left, the female officer is walking by. There's apparently nobody between Blair and the female officer, which suggests that Evan LeFevre is behind Blair at 0:34.

Note everyone's very different positions by 0:35 as the officers are struggling with Evan LeFevre. The look on the teen’s face is one of planned belligerence rather than shock or fear. Corporal Brisinte is now positioned behind Evan LeFevre, and the female officer. The latter is struck in her chest by LeFevre, who also throws liquid at her face. PETA doesn’t share the footage documenting how Brisinte moved around Evan LeFevre, Shannon Blair and the female officer. Also at 0:35, Blair has turned around at least 180 degrees is shooting from the new angle. The footage erratically shakes, suggesting that Blair shook her own camera to fake movements of the subjects, or manipulated the recording later. Approximately 72 hours passed between the incidents and PETA’s release of the video to the media.

Also at 0:35, the younger boy in the light blue shirt can be seen in the background space between the female officer and LeFevre. The latter two are upright and struggling, and neither are facing the long table. The younger boy is apparently at the back far end of that long table (where the upright drinks are located). By the end of 0:38, both the female officer and Evan are facing the table. LeFevre is leaning over the table and the female officer is attempting to detain him. The younger boy is apparently nowhere in the area of the table anymore – neither the end where he’d been nor across from LeFevre. These rapid positional changes seem illogical for less than three seconds.

At the beginning of 0:38, the female officer is struggling with Evan with both of her hands. Brisinte’s left hand can be seen on the left of the frame, apparently motioning Blair to leave. Another hand briefly appears enters the situation from the opposite direction of Brisinte’s left hand, which also remains in view. Unlike the three officers, this adult is not wearing a watch on their left wrist. It appears to be an unidentified civilian adult’s left hand, holding a camera phone and wedging itself between the female officer and Evan. This interaction lasts for only two frames, which suggests more splicing of video. The unidentified left hand also appears in just a few frames at 0:41 before mysteriously disappearing again. It appears that this unidentified adult is interfering in the situation.

Throughout all videos, LeFevre’s facial expressions do not appear to convey fear or shock. He appears belligerent and defiant while attacking the officers and resisting, and calm after he’s detained at the table. Was this event orchestrated and dramatized? Blair and LeFevre are both involved in Florida community theater groups.

Four people cannot change positions and behaviors this drastically in just one second. There likely was deceptive altering of this video, possibly to attempt to make Evan LeFevre and Shannon Blair appear sympathetic and the officers less so.

From 0:06 to 0:09, Evan LeFevre picks up two sturdy, full-color signs and a colored drink. The latter is in his hand, not tucked under his arm. He appears to quickly adjust one of the signs, placing behind it the colored drink in his hand. He appears to have only one drink in his possession at the time. A suspicious cutaway in footage happens at 0:09 before the approach to the middle of the store continues.

During the struggle at 0:34, LeFevre is holding at least two drinks. A colored beverage is now tucked under his arm, and a clear water cup with no lid is in his left hand. He throws the water at the female deputy – the same officer he struck in her chest – while continuing to hold that cup. In his possession appears to be a black-and-white sign. The colored signs are not in view.

By 0:44 in the edited footage, that clear plastic cup lying is on its side on the table, to the right of LeFevre. These suspicious changes are not accounted for in PETA's “footage.” At 0:50, a woman in a white tank top and gray pants walks past the table to the right and to the back of the store for no apparent reason. She’s not in any previous footage. When did she enter the situation?

As Blair approaches the officers, there are multiple flimsy black and white signs, some of which include expletives, that are taped to Starbucks' chairs and tables. At 0:19-0:22, Corporal Tony Brisinte is facing away from a chair which has a sign taped on the other side of its back. A woman wearing a black baseball cap is holding a sign with one hand.

The woman wearing a black tank top and animal ears is diagonally facing toward the front glass doors, slightly leaning over the long table, and apparently picking up an item on the table. She may be the mother or otherwise associated with the younger boy in the light blue shirt who’s still across the room. She doesn’t appear concerned about him. The younger boy is potentially being “groomed” to take Evan’s place as the next young vegan star, and is watching his actions at Starbucks for that and other reasons.

https://www.facebook.com/photo/?fbid=10160502592813547&set=a.420255833546

Many repeat criminals and political agitators are advised by some unethical attorneys to record their future crimes while constantly panning the camera away to still objects on the ground or to the side. This creates convenient spots to later remove incriminating footage before submitting it to the courts or media.

There were several other people in and outside the store at this time recording the activity in the middle of the store. There was no need for Blair to also be doing so while approaching the activity, which potentially endangered her children and pregnancy. It appears that PETA planned a confrontation involving Blair and multiple children.

At 0:20, Blair is shouting vegan slogans while approaching Corporal Brisinte, whose back is to Blair and the chair that holds the sign. In this area, to the left between two booths is a large opening that accesses the cash register aisle. Blair and her family could have quickly departed the store using this route. Blair used this same uncrowded aisle at the beginning of the video when approaching the children.

Instead, Blair and her family continue ambushing the chaotic middle of the store, which is bottlenecked with officers asking some remaining activists to leave. Why are Blair and her teenage son approaching this volatile area instead of going around the chaos via the empty cashier aisle, or by through the uncrowded public doors behind them?

At 0:21, Corporal Tony Brisinte is facing sideways as Blair continues to approach him. At 0:22, Blair suspiciously aims her camera away from Brisinte. She turns her camera to the right toward a seated woman on the other side of the glass who's calmly speaking on her phone as if she doesn't notice the activity. It's unknown if this woman is a PETA operative, but she's doing nothing significant to cause Blair to suddenly be distracted by her. The woman is sitting straight at the table, but her back of her laptop is diagonally facing the store. Logically, the laptop should have been facing in her direction or away from the store in order to avoid glare from the sun. It appears that the footage is deliberately cropped at this second.

A man in a maroon-red shirt sits on a laptop, behaving as if he doesn’t notice Blair’s shouting and the disturbance around him.

At 0:23, Blair has again changed position and is facing Corporal Tony Brisinte, who is now facing in Blair's direction. He's already on the other side of the aforementioned chair, has already completely removed the taped black and white sign, and is apparently attempting to hand it to Blair or another person. The woman in the black cap and her sign are both facing Blair. This repositioning is unlikely to have happened in less than one second.

PETA, Shannon Blair, and their attorney Muna Abraham submitted a video with several key parts apparently removed. This conveniently concealed the most of Evan LeFevre's violent behavior, which was not limited intentionally throwing the water and striking the female officer’s chest. The team chopped out other parts of his assault, his physically thrashing into the officers multiple times, and refusing to stay at the table as he was being detained. There's no clear plastic cup on its side or splattered water in or near the center of the long table at 0:34. By 0:44 in PETA's "footage,” the clear plastic cup is lying on its side on the table to the right Evan LeFevre. There's splattered water on the table that's a significant distance from the cup and LeFevre. This is not in the immediate area where he first assaulted the female officer or in the logical direction. This suggests that LeFevre threw the water again. The cup is crushed due to LeFevre's aggressive handling of it. Blair’s edited video doesn’t reveal that LeFevre allegedly picked up the colored beverage in his teeth and attempted to fling it at the female officer. The frame shakes erratically, suggesting that Blair is deliberately shaking the camera or has tampered with the video later.

Why don’t Evan LeFevre, Shannon Blair, Muna Abraham of Longwell Lawyers, and PETA want the public to see the full footage? Viewers don’t see whether the officers are wet from the thrown drinks or injured by Evan LeFevre. Nearby on the table, the laptop computers and the preexisting drinks remain upright and undamaged. Had the officers been handling Evan LeFevre as roughly as suggested in the fraudulent video, how did these remain unbothered?

https://www.facebook.com/photo/?fbid=10157925261351741&set=a.10151096694061741

With the limited video that's been sloppily left in, it's clear that Evan LeFevre is violently resisting arrest. He repeatedly lunges at the officers and refuses to be detained. LeFevre is now in possession of only the cheap black and white sign that the officer apparently attempted to hand to Blair. What happened to LeFevre’s sturdy colored signs? They don’t reappear anywhere in this first video. He still has the colored drink under his arm at 0:46 as he's being detained in or near the center of the long table. At the beginning of 0:46, Evan still has the sign. By the end of 0:46, the sign is completely missing.

The black and white sign had completely disappeared by 0:47 but the colored drink is still under his arm, and it remains in view for the rest of this video. The sign is not anywhere on the table or on the floor near Evan in a zoomed-out shot by 0:48. Where did it go? If this had been a violent arrest as PETA, Blair and Muna Abraham claim, why did the drink remain tucked under or near his arm rather than on the floor or somewhere else?

Despite multiple angles shot by his mother Shannon Blair, the sign never reappears in view for the rest of the video. Where did the sign supposedly go in less than one second? If the officers were as "rough" as claimed by Blair or PETA, why isn't the drink also missing or on the floor? It remains in view for the entire footage.

At 0:37, Wesley Hucker, who's wearing a black tank top and sunglasses, is multiple tables away. He’s moved the stroller away from the wall and is now behind pushing it in the middle of the aisle with one hand, still in the back area of the Starbucks. He’s clumsily carrying toddler Saige with his other arm, in the direction of the skirmish.

Hucker is a suspicious distance closer at 0:38, but still nowhere within arm's reach of the officers and Evan. He’ has also clearly walked around the stroller. By 0:41, Hucker is shouting at and jerking the female officer back by her shoulder with his own left hand while holding toddler Saige with his right arm. Because of the angle, it’s undermined if Hucker’s assault of the female officer causes a collision with Saige, who begins crying. At this time, only two officers, Brisinte and a woman, are in view. By 0:43, Hucker had removed his sunglasses.

Again, there's seems to be another dubious cut of footage. Positions rapidly and suspiciously change again. By 0:49 Wesley Hucker has released his grip on the female officer and is leaning on the table with his left hand and shouting at her. He holds Saige with his other arm.

Hucker screams f-words at the female officer and also calls her a “bitch.” By 0:53, he's taken a few steps back from the table and is continuing to shout at the female officer while Corporal Brisinte has arrived from the other corner of the long table. Brisinte is attempting to stop Wesley Hucker from continuing to batter and shout at the female officer. Hucker continues shouting while his toddler Saige, whom he’s holding  on his left hip, is crying and frightened. Hucker ignores her. PETA's footage conveniently omits Evan LeFevre's continued resistance of arrest. Where is Saige’s stroller now?

At 0:54, Corporal Brisinte is on the other side of the table, walking around it to stop Hucker from continuing to assault the female officer. At 0:55, the arm of a different male officer appears in the left side of the screen. He is wearing a watch with a square face and gray band. It appears the latter is attempting to protect the female officer from Blair. He may also be starting to escort Blair out of the Starbucks, which is consistent with another video.

A second video was recorded outside, possibly by a different person. This was apparently recorded as LeFevre was detained inside.

In this second activist Malaina Watts, who is wearing a white cap and black t-shirt, is loudly shouting obscenities and accusations into the store during this time sequence. Watts yells into the store “she’s pregnant!”, accuses the officers of assaulting a pregnant woman, calls the officers f-ing a-holes, calls an officer a piece of s-t and motherf-er, demands that the officers should escort her out, accuses the officers three times of “assaulting children,” twice accuses them assaulting a “kid,” twice orders for the officer to do their f-ing “jobs,” and demands that Blair be allowed to get her f-king “kid.”  She can clearly be heard in this video, which is apparently shot from a distance behind her.  Watts cannot be heard even in the background in the first video despite the close distance and her shouting at their direction. Why?

Blair, who is wearing a red tank top and cap, can be seen exiting the store at 0:23. Despite the mock concern for Blair’s pregnancy, she continues to aggressively engage with the officers and does not depart the area.

Hucker can be seen exiting the store at 0:41, apparently rejoining Blair. He’s holding his toddler Saige next to his face. He screams and places thrusts an object several times in an officer’s face. The object may be Hucker’s phone. Neither Blair nor Hucker act concerned about Saige or attempt to remove her from the situation.

Aggressive PETA activists are shouting expletives into the store through the front glass doors, ignoring the different officers who repeatedly instruct them to leave.

The blond woman in the black tank top and white animal ears who briefly appeared in Blair's video is exiting the store and remains outside and near the doors. She appears to be exiting with the younger boy in the light blue shirt, who subsequently stands to the left several yards away while she continues to yell at officers outside the door. She may be the parent or otherwise associated with him, but she again seems to have no concern for his safety or whereabouts.

Hucker also exits the store with young Saige. He continues shouting and exposing his young daughter to this volatile situation. A few seconds later, two Orange County officers delivered Saige’s stroller outside. A woman with long frizzy hair and a black cap leaves the store. Watts’ deep Northern voice shouts expletives and condescendingly demands that officers to do their “jobs.”  The young boy in the light blue shirt appears to be exiting the store at 0:04. The unattended girl who’d been present with that boy in the first video is not visible. The protestors are yelling and swearing at the officers about “a pregnant woman.” Watts is repeatedly shouting slurs and other insults at the officers. She screams the f-word several times at them. She screams at the officers in the face at close range as the other rioters attempt to advance on the store and/or sneak past officers. Watts may be intentionally running interference for the other rioters. This seems to be consistent with her behavior in other riot videos.

A woman with a shrieking Northern US accent yells that she’s pregnant and demands the “ID or badge number” of the officers. The voice may be Blair’s. She made a similar demand to Corporal Brisinte in the first video. Seen from behind is Shannon Blair, who’s wearing a red shirt and tank top, along with black pants. She’s holding a torn sign that’s similar to the one Evan had been holding. She’s yelling in the faces of the officers.

In this second YouTube video, Hucker and the blond woman with the black tank top exit the store without arrest. Officers are clearly ordering the protestors to disperse. Multiple activists are shouting expletives into the store, feigning indignance that Shannon Blair, a “pregnant woman,” is in a police interaction.

Those aware of the incident witnessed Wesley Hucker continue to attempt to batter the officers and reenter the store despite the repeated directions to depart.

A third video appears on a YouTube channel is owned by an “animal rights youth mentorship” group led by Shannon Blair. It’s likely that this video was recorded by Blair.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PkNKCNPZrMk

Multiple commenters note that the footage appears to be deviously edited. Hucker and Blair, who are now both outside the store, are refusing to disperse. LeFevre picks up the colored beverage in his mouth while he’s detained. His facial expressions suggest calm defiance rather than fear or surprise. As the female officer and Corporal Brisinte attempt to defend each other from LeFevre and Hucker, two male officers escort Blair outside at 0:32. She shouts at them.

Blair’s edited video doesn’t reveal that LeFevre attempted to fling the colored drink at the female officer. In relation to 13-year-old LeFevre, Blair dramatically shouts that her “baby” is being detained. She doesn’t express similar concern for her pregnancy or for toddler Saige. A deeper female New York accent yells “abuse of power” at the officers.

Outside at 0:38, at least five male officers including Brisinte attempt to guard the store and also ask Hucker to leave. The latter refuses. The Black male officer is holding a yellow folder.

Hucker is later arrested. The opening still shot shows Hucker and LeFevre standing next to the same Orange County Sherriff’s Office vehicle. The facial expressions of both suggest satisfaction and defiance rather than fear or surprise.

The girl with the light blue shirt who oddly disappeared in the first video briefly reappears in this one at 0:44. She is walking away with a woman wearing a tie-dye. The boy in the light blue shirt was apparently not present in this frame. It appears that children from multiple families were placed in the back of the Starbucks this day without adult supervision. Why?

Ultimately, Hucker and LeFevre were transported together to Orange County booking facilities. Blair was cited but it’s unlikely that she was transported to the jail, as she secured the releases of Hucker and LeFevre. Neither Hucker and LeFevre spent actual time in the jail; it’s believed both were immediately released after booking. Media reports on the incident mentioned only two arrests. In addition to LeFevre, there were three or more younger children involved in this matter. At least one of them, the toddler Saige, was in the care of her parents Blair and Hucker that day. What happened to these other children? Is it more likely that their parents coincidently didn’t supervise them, or planned it this way?

Hucker, Blair, and other volatile “animal rights” activist parents knowingly risk having their children placed into government or other third-party care because of their frequent illegal actions. While PETA lauds Hucker and Blair, these leaders of an “animal rights mentoring” program for minors seem to be endangering them. At the Starbucks event, those unattended children could have been abducted through the side exit doors or taken into the nearby individual bathrooms by a predator.

Longwell Lawyers routinely reviews surveillance video that’s been submitted by opposing prosecutors and witnesses. The attorneys meticulously search for perceived minute flaws in this footage and have won cases by having the video removed from evidence.  Many of their battery and sex abuse criminal cases have been dismissed for this reason alone. It’s difficult to believe that they didn’t notice the many problems with PETA’s “footage”, but they apparently submitted this to the courts and media anyway. Were they part of the deception?

A fourth video posted by Shannon Blair’s friend, vegan activist Peter Reimann (“Red Pill Pete”), shows the footage before the disturbance and arrival of law enforcement. The video may have been recorded by a repeat Canadian criminal, Gerber Gereen Anderson.

PETA is fully aware of several attorneys in Florida specializing in Animal Law. The Bar association has a large committee for this field. Some of these attorneys are members of Animal Legal Defense Fund who work pro bono on behalf of activists. PETA itself has a team of 20 capable attorneys.

Why did this group the high-priced Muna Abraham with Longwell Lawyers who seem to specialize in championing alleged child molesters, wife-beaters, animal abusers, and murderers, and are reputed to use questionable methods in that advocating?

https://www.floridabar.org/directories/find-mbr/?sdx=N&eligible=Y&deceased=N&pracAreas=A13&pageNumber=1&pageSize=10

The Longwell firm actively represents prolific child molesters. They aggressively and repeatedly shamed the underage victims of an Orange County teacher and coach. They did this even though the criminal had videos of the children on his phone.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XTSK77YZZXM

https://www.clickorlando.com/news/local/2023/10/18/former-clermont-cheer-coach-sentenced-to-29-years-in-plea-deal-over-coercion-of-minor/

It reveals that the group had overtaken the Starbucks. The manager calmly said at least twice that recording was prohibited. Wes Hucker is standing in the front of the store without toddler Saige. Reimann describes the officers as tyrants and encourages violent retaliation. He decried Orange County officers for not addressing other violent crimes such as rape and murder, without mentioning that attorney Muna Abraham routinely champions both.

In this video, a woman wearing black t-shirt, black backpack, and pink pants sits at the long table. This may be the same unattended backpack sitting on the chair in the first video. Why did this woman remove apparently remove her backpack and leave it on the chair before walking outside the store?

Multiple vegan and animal welfare groups don’t support these tactics of PETA and other groups associated with Shannon Blair.

Attorney Muna Abraham of Longwell Lawyers also allegedly represents antisemitic groups in Florida. It’s been said that she has "edited" footage for these groups, but this isn’t publicly documented. According to her professional profile, Abraham is on the board of the Orange County Criminal Defense Attorneys Association. According to a member of this group, Abraham boasts of sadistically "ruining" victims of stalking, domestic battery, and child sexual abuse in depositions and in court on behalf of her customers. She’s also freed horrific animal abusers on technicalities. The member also alleges that Abraham has submitted inaccurate footage in other cases but it’s unknown whether she intentionally did so.

What’s definitely true is that Abraham and her associates routinely scrutinize video that’s submitted by prosecutors or law enforcement. They routinely have inconvenient videos disallowed for lack of admissibility. It seems unlikely that they didn’t notice dozens of flaws with the Starbucks video if Blair or PETA edited it. Prior to Longwell, Abraham evidently worked for the Rajan Joshi law firm which defends alleged child murderers and terrorists. Both firms carefully scrutinize the opposition’s videos in order to have this evidence disallowed. They watch for gaps in footage, blurring, and other problems – the same errors that infest the Starbucks footage. These firms have attained dismissals and acquittals when surveillance video doesn’t show the defendant’s entrance to and exit from the alleged crime scene. These elements are missing from the activists’ supplied Starbucks video.

Both the Joshi and Longwell firms have gained court dismissals for repeat animal abusers and killers. Neither firm cares about animals. Muna Abraham didn’t become the “hero” of the animals by attaining dismissals for a trio of PETA rioters, one of whom battered a woman. Abraham only became the recipient of another check from violent criminals who make communities and workplaces less safe.

Her firm's social media boasts of using technicalities to have accused murderers, aggravated batterers, rapists, domestic abusers, child molesters, and stalkers walk free. She doesn't mention concerns for truth or public safety. Does the Florida Bar condone suspected fraudulent "editing" of evidence?

https://www.facebook.com/photo?fbid=1001474925312755&set=a.125248989602024
Are Hucker and Blair intentionally putting children in harm's way at PETA protests and draining government resources for their care? It's unknown whether this couple misrepresenting their income and family status in order to qualify for welfare, food stamps, or Medicaid benefits.

PETA and Blair have intentionally categorized the nature of their riot in order to garner sympathy from the public. They've told the media that they were "peacefully" protesting Starbucks' extra charge for non-dairy milks. To the general public, this demand seems to affect only one corporation’s profits. The truth, however, may be that this event was not as peaceful, spontaneous, and non-consequential as PETA now claims. The activists' signs and chants clearly take issue with all people who drink dairy milk and with the restaurant chain for offering it. These aims are more controversial with the general public. Is this why Blair and PETA have drastically understated their intentions and riot?

Blair and LeFevre are active in nationwide "animal rights" groups with paid agitators such as Danielle Alexander and Malaina Watts. They strategize in advance of their riots which protestors will be arrested for planned crimes such as assault, trespassing, and grand theft. Later, they feign surprise that they were detained and falsely categorize the charges as denials of First Amendment rights. They saddle the courts with their cases, sometimes for years.

https://www.facebook.com/dani.alexander.3720/posts/pfbid07yWHug42pxyd7vRFZcg4oPxyAC2TfrhpbBfdcSM9grFBGVQJ4wUT47KmaZJn5Wz9l

https://www.ktvu.com/news/animal-rights-activist-sentenced-to-3-months-for-trespassing-at-petaluma-poultry-farm

It's probably not a coincidence that this rampage was staged in suburban west Orange County, where the Sheriff John Mina is known for soft enforcement. Brevard County is where Shannon Blair’s clan apparently lives. That county’s Sheriff Wayne Ivey, despite being a renowned animal advocate, would not have been as tolerant of this chaos. To the west of the Starbucks incident was Polk County, whose Sheriff Grady Judd says he knows the differences between a “peaceful protest” and a riot.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XliDpfKXSIY

They provoked the conflict with the officers as the "sympathetic" protestors outside shamed the officers for not releasing a pregnant woman and "child." Blair loudly and repeatedly feigned shock that the officers were touching her "chiiiiii-yullld” without mentioning he’d assaulted them. At 0:35 and without cause, her teenage son can be seen striking the female officer in the chest and throwing water at her. The "peaceful" activists repeatedly shout expletives and insults at a Black officer and other Orange County deputies.

After this staged incident and assaults upon the police officers, Muna Abraham and Longwell Lawyers proudly posed as all charges were dismissed in court. All of these photos and videos have been saved before they become edited out of history by PETA, Blair, or Muna Abraham. The public is encouraged to also save these materials.

https://www.facebook.com/photo?fbid=981278500665731&set=a.125248996268690

PETA paid for the attorney and court proceedings of the entire encounter. Donors should consider whether they wish their money to be used for these apparent setups, and celebrities such as Paul McCartney could reconsider their involvement with these deceptive campaigns. If the group’s causes are valid, distortions about this and other incidents are unnecessary. Staunch advocacy for animals does not require deceit and viciousness.

This appears to be another situation in which PETA may have choreographed a likely "sympathetic" outcome for themselves in advance. In this setting, the multiple unsupervised children were probably instructed to quietly stay in the back of the restaurant as the events unfolded. Evidently, their parents were deliberately outside of the front of the restaurant while police attempted to clear it. Had the parents been inside during the clearing, they too would have already been asked to leave. If Hucker and Blair didn’t crave a headlines-grabbing confrontation, why didn’t they enter and then guide the children through the safer side door in the back of the restaurant? Instead, they recklessly endangered their children, law enforcement, restaurant laborers, themselves, and others present. If Hucker was outside with Saige right before this “footage,” why was the stroller not with them? It appears that the stroller was left in the back of the store to give Hucker the pretense to reenter it. By entering the store on that pretense, not disclosing that he’s connected to Blair, and walking through a different part of the store, officers were less likely to deny him access based on the other parent entering the store to retrieve their son LeFevre and stroller.

Police and businesses in Florida are reluctant to remove unattended children from stores, even when they're misbehaving. In 1981, young Adam Walsh and other unsupervised children were removed from a Broward County Sears by a security officer. His severed head was found two weeks later in another county.

Blair and Hucker apparently waited until most of the adults had cleared the store before they entered from the front doors. As parents, they had the built-in excuse of retrieving their children. At this point, with the restaurant largely cleared, they had a largely clear approach to the officers in the middle of the store. It seems that the PETA activists maximized their chances of making headlines with a "sympathetic" pregnant woman and teenager engaged in a conflict with the officers. Loudly, the activists repeatedly yelled in a theatrical manner about the "chiiiii-yuld" being detained. Blair dramatically refers to the vicious teen she led into this clash as a “baby.”

https://www.facebook.com/photo/?fbid=981278500665731

This video, which PETA and activist Shannon Blair claim is uncut, shows unrealistic movement and behavioral changes for Evan LeFevre between 0:09 and 0:34. It's unlikely that in 25 seconds or less, Evan LeFevre stood in the back of the store holding the two sturdy full-color signs and colored beverage in his hands, discarded both of the full-color signs, tucked the colored beverage under his arm, acquired the water cup,  walked to the middle of the store where the officers were, acquired the cheap black and white sign that was being removed by one of the two officers who are still in front of him, and was in a physical altercation with those same two officers who are now behind him.

Blair and LeFevre are paid by “animal rights” groups to internationally travel to agitate at stores and restaurants.  It’s unknown if they’re stating their true intentions and work-related nature of their travel to customs officials when entering these countries.

It appears that Blair and her accomplices frequently provoke bystanders and officers, then change their video footage to portray themselves sympathetically. Blair and LeFevre closely follow women and children while shouting obscenities at them on her megaphone and blasting a siren at them. They allegedly shove and strike bystanders and officers. The footage predictably shakes, pans away, and blurs before Blair or LeFevre claims one of their targets “assaulted” them. Commenters below these videos note that the footage appears to be sneakily edited. Blair tends to delete these comments as well as those about her evident endangerment of women and children.

It appears that Shannon Blair has a pattern of keeping company with seemingly aggressive men such as Hucker. One of the apparent multiple fathers of her other children, Travis Paul Taffer, has a repeat battery record in Brevard County. He’s also driven drunk with his 16-month-old daughter, Carter Rose Taffer, in the car while on his way to pick up a seven-year-old child from an elementary school. Are children safe around Blair and her boyfriends? It seems that Evan LeFevre is learning from the adults around him that battering women and lying about it are laudable.

https://www.facebook.com/travis.taffer.54

In June 2024, Blair and LeFevre interrupted diners at a Gainesville restaurant. LeFevre has clearly been trained to scream “assault” when anyone approaches him.

https://www.facebook.com/malainas/videos/981903443251238/

This is not the first time that PETA activists have released a misleading video.

https://mashable.com/article/peta-fake-animal-abuse-video

If you’re a business or bystander who’s approached by Blair, LeFevre, or their associates such as attorney Muna Abraham, protect yourself before potential crimes start. Keep your distance and call law enforcement immediately. If you feel you can’t depart safely, document the entire incident with your own phone. Be sure to record their approaches, refusals to leave or stop assaulting others, and departures. Record for several minutes after you believe they’ve left.  Keep and share that footage. Encourage others to do the same.

The fifth video listed in this paper, apparently uploaded by Malaina Watts and Canadian Gerber Gereen Anderson, shows this was no peaceful incident.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P2a7X1sY36w&t=96s

Watts is shouting in the face of an Orange County officer at the entrance of Starbucks. This is after the officers have told the PETA rioters to leave. A white male Orange County officer wearing a black cap is motioning and verbally instructing Watts to leave. As this interaction continues, rioters continue to enter the store. Shannon Blair, wearing the red cap, is clearly ignoring the officers’ directions and entering the store. Blair is holding a camera phone in front of herself as she brushes past a Black male officer.

There are several videos that can be found on YouTube and other social media in which Hucker is carrying Saige at unrelated riots. This could be strategically planned. Because Blair is a small woman, she’s more likely to get away with being aggressive to others. Hucker is a large, forceful man. By carrying their young daughter who’s often wearing dresses or other “feminine” clothes, he can be equally hostile while decreasing his victim’s desire to retaliate. Her clothes are noticeably different from older female children and adult women at the protests, who are generally dressed in t-shirts and pants or shorts. It appears that Hucker and Blair exploit young Saige’s “girlish” presentation as a shield.

This commentary invites honest, meaningful refutation from Muna Abraham of Longwell Lawyers in Florida, PETA, or the agitators involved. They’re welcome to provide their entire, unaltered footage of the event. Can they reenact their entire actions from their PETA’s Starbucks “footage” in just 57 seconds? Evan LeFevre is invited to simulate his sequence of the March events in 25 seconds while an unbiased camera crew and observers can record it. Will the normally vocal Shannon Blair and “Vegan Evan” answer this challenge?

In the future, the media and courts should carefully examine “footage” received from Muna Abraham of Longwell Lawyers, PETA, New Yorker Shannon Marie Blair, and associated parties. The violent actions of this unlawful family and their friends will defile their animal causes. If you work at a Starbucks store or other business targeted by PETA, be aware of sudden increases of unattended electronics and backpacks on tables as well as “customers” inexplicably turning on their camera phones. If you notice unattended children in these situations, immediately announce a “Code Adam” for their safety and yours. If you notice that several unfamiliar customers are on their laptops, be sure to record their departures and plate numbers.

If you’re an honest animal supporter, please reconsider whether associating with Blair and LeFevre is worth the potential liability, credibility and safety risks. If you’re an honest prosecutor in Orange County, please scrutinize any future “footage” submitted to you by Muna Abraham of Longwell Lawyers.

You can decide for yourself if you believe this PETA, Muna Abraham, Evan LeFevre, Shannon Blair, and Wesley Hucker are intentionally lying. This paper should be considered as only an opinion.

This petition again asks People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals, Muna Abraham of Longwell Lawyers, and Shannon Blair to share their full, unedited video footage and court records from the Central Florida Starbucks incident that took place in March 2024. This includes any footage gathered from the other electronics in the store.

According to Orange County court records, Islamic terrorist Hashem Younis Hashem Hnaihen was arrested.

https://abcnews.go.com/US/jordanian-citizen-arrested-allegedly-attacking-florida-solar-energy/story?id=112865729

PETA activists are aware that law enforcement is reluctant to arrest parents who have young children in their care, which usually means that one or both of them aren’t transported to jail.

https://www.facebook.com/photo?fbid=10160502592813547&set=a.420255833546

LeFevre is “enrolled” as an Eastern Florida State College student through Florida’s taxpaid online homeschool program. This enables him to travel internationally to similar riots year-round while staying off educational authorities’ radars. There’s speculation that his mother is completing most of the work.

https://www.facebook.com/VeganShan/videos/500780162941877/

By late May 2024, charges against all three of these abusers had been dropped or acquitted. PETA has continued to use this “traumatic” incident in their activism against the store. As of mid-September 2024, Blair and her son are still prominent in PETA’s campaign against Starbucks, dishonestly categorizing their arrests there as a disruption to the “First Amendment” and their “peaceful” protest.

https://www.peta.org/wp-content/uploads/2024/09/open-letter-to-starbucks-new-CEO-brian-niccol.png

This was apparently recorded as LeFevre was detained inside.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4jkqpZWja_I

The Longwell firm actively represents prolific child molesters. They aggressively and repeatedly shamed the underage victims of an Orange County teacher and coach. They did this even though the criminal had videos of the children on his phone.

In June 2024, Blair and LeFevre interrupted diners at a Gainesville restaurant. LeFevre has clearly been trained to scream “assault” when anyone approaches him.
