Hello Supporters, It's May 21.  I spent today visiting the one of the local mobil home parks and speaking with a gentleman who has now become a supporter.  He also wanted to copy off petitions and pass them out to other residents in the park.  Mobil home owners are great.  I have seen numerous cats sitting on stairways and driveways and lots of park residents walking their dogs. Which leads me to believe most of them have pets.  This particular mobil home park runs next to Highway 41, one of the deadliest highways in California.  It's very probable that many of those owners relate to this petition and realize how important it is for CalTrans to scan for microchips in deceased pets found on highways.
