Dear supporters, Thank You all for taking time to read and support this petition.  I spent May 8 walking the streets of my neighborhood, knocking on doors and telling people about the importance of this petition.  A number of people signed on the spot and a number of people took the petition to read and will hopefully sign online.  Either way, there are now more people who know how CalTrans treats deceased pets and how CalTrans needs to use Universal microchip scanners.
