As of May 5 we've had 1770 views of this important petition.  This is a petition that starts in California and can spread to other states in America.  It is positive, it is good, it helps people, and it gives deserving respect to our pets who have lost their lives on highways and freeways. No, not everyone has been affected by loss of a dear pet killed on our states busiest travel-ways.  Not everyone has experienced the sudden disappearance of the family cat or dog, never to be found again.  If your cat or dog falls victim to highway or freeway encounter, wouldn't you want to know?  CalTrans needs to scan for microchips!
