As of May 4, 2022 we have 148 supporters.  We need many more in order to sway CalTrans to move in a positive direction.  Since starting this petition I have read numerous stories about pets breaking away or losing collars and finding their way onto a highway or freeway with terrible consequences.  I can only imagine that some owners were never notified if CalTrans found that pet first.  It's a simple fix, but it needs your support.  Please support this petition.
