Council has shown what areas set to be rezoned, as part of the Masterplan for the Byron Bay Town Centre.
Rezoning property can be highly lucrative for the people who own these properties. Ask yourself why are they rezoning buildings in town and increasing the height at the same time?
Fingers crossed that due diligence has been done by all those that make decisions for Byron Shire.
