Andrew Glasser raped an infant and was only sentenced to 4 years in prison. Too high of a percentage of sex offenders reoffend and sadly this man will be out before his lifetime is over. A person that is able to mentally make the decision to rape his own defenseless infant has no right to live outside of the walls of a prison. He is a grown man and knew exactly what he was doing. Not to mention Glasser also had an abundance of child pornography and was caught tampering with evidence. This all clearly leads to the fact, with no doubt at all, that Andrew Glasser commuted this veil crime. This cannot fly anymore. The court system is corrupt and we need actual justice for these children that will forever be traumatized and scared that this may happen to them again. Let’s make North Dakota the first to take these type of issues as serious as they need to be taken so that when this happens to children there will be REAL justice. Please give this child, the parents, and every other child that has ever or ever will be sexually abused justice.
