Friends of the Urban Forest presents a short documentary on the origin story of Mission Verde - a community group that took ownership to water new trees along 24th Street in the Latin Cultural District of San Francisco. Featuring an array of perspectives, from neighborhood residents to community organizers to city officials, this short documentary delves into the emotions, efforts, and partnerships involved in creating a unique solution to preserve and grow the natural ecosystem of this district.
