Appeal # 22-089 Removal of three (3) ficus street trees at 69 Green Street. The Board of Appeals granted the appeal for the (3) three ficus trees to remain on vote 4-1.  BUF errored by failing to take into account alternatives to removal. BUF to confer with property owner on removal of the grates. BUF will monitor the trees with annual inspections.
