Thanks everyone for signing - this is clearly an issue that many of you feel is a clear injustice, and that very much echoes what I've been hearing as a doctor with my patients. It's time to get Bupa to hear us and understand that a big greedy company cannot get away with ripping off vulnerable patients like this. Patients before profit! Can you please email them today and tell them why you think it's so important to drop this policy that forces its customers to go to healthcare providers that Bupa chooses, leaving them out of pocket? Email them at info@bupa.com.au If you're a customer, tell them you're seriously considering changing healthcare insurer unless this terrible policy is dropped. Thanks, Dr Jason
