Dear All: I have been quiet for a while. That does not mean our Troubles have been addressed or resolved.
Here is an update:
The Bully: a fellow who has weaponized his legal profession & JD association with The CA Bar to harm & destroy us as a family Mentally | Physically | Financially and people in the know of it are standing by & in for the ride seeing me as an object to be used to make money with & false promises too of help is deeply hurtful.
I am Not Lying & I don’t have a Lying Bone in me.
Yet I am Brown & that is what is being sought to be exploited by the Bully even in the Criminal Court last Friday by claiming “Not Guilty & claiming the Demurer” the hearing got moved to Jan 27, 2023.
Two Criminal Cases have been filed against the fellow.
Even in the Court he was Laughing at me loudly & told the deputy that “ I am following him around” after claiming “Not Guilty & The Demurer”.
This is a Wicked Man & I am trying sincerely as a Brown Skinned American to expose a Liar & a Fiend in the Legal Profession victimizing families for years now & all out in the open.

- Sixth District CA State Court of Appeals
- AAA American Arbitration Court in California
- Santa Clara County Superior Court: Criminal Division
- Law Enforcement SJPD is very aware of the Criminal’s behaviors
- City of San Jose is very aware of this Rogue’s behavior & has been routinely issuing Citations too.
This mischief maker seeks to keep Justice away from Ever seeking out or getting to the Truth by Routinely Kicking The Can down the road.
