NEVERTHELESS seeing 1,505 People Sign the Petition I started against The Continuous Hate that my family & I have endured & even causes us to sell our Home & move because the rampant Hate affected our Child’s confidence and fighting the Hate now for 648 days on through the Court System in Santa Clara County has eroded our life’s savings….for the sake of the 1,505 signatories who are Standing with me & my family I am doing this last update.
Whether starting a Petition on Change.org is Genuinely Helpful, I DO NOT Know but this is my Last Update.
I am Grateful for The 1,505 Signatories.
I started this Petition with a Hope that I could stop my own financial bleeding from Hate. But I have not been successful in turning media attention to mine & my family’s continuing plight.
Here below is my last Update on Change.org I will never trust this forum to do good by Genuine Immigrants to America.
[WINNING is such a wonderful thing.
I am Thrilled that my Daughter was part of the Winning Water Polo School Team at Today’s Game. They played against another Bay Area High School Team.
The Score was GUESTS 11 | HOME 04.
I was watching her as She was returning to the Car. There was a Confidence in her steps & Countenance as She advanced towards the Car. She had texted me a few hours back: “Dad we won”.
My Spirit was revived watching her walk up to the Car.
Earlier Today I was being bullied being at our old home for some work. Being unable to retaliate towards the Bully & having to stomach the bullying affected my Spirit & I was feeling dismal since afternoon. The thought of the bullying was interfering with my work & other things.
I was asking within myself: “God Almighty how much longer do You want me & my family to take Bullying, Harassments & Racism in America….won’t You Please Deliver us from Evil”.
I did not get an answer. But the Victory in a game that my Daughter was part of helped erase the pain from the Bullying I experienced & have been for 647 Days Now & counting still.
The Tragedy of it all is The 4th Pillar of Democracy: The Media is standing by & watching an Indian American Family being crushed by Several Thousands of Dollars in Legal Fees, Emotional Pains & Life Threats too!
I was Thinking while driving back home with her….I did not play but the Win of my Daughter’s Water Polo Team helped lift my Spirits too.
That is The Power of Winning!!!
Winning has the ability to spread its Spirit & rub of on you when you are among Winners & the opposite is true too in a loss & that tends to hold the spirits down.
I am Thankful & Grateful for The Goodnews of The Win by her School Team. That Win had a ripple effect on me in connection with a completely unrelated matter!
We need bigger Wins & Wins in Life….
Like Winning The Fight against Bullying | Racism | Harassments in American Society of Immigrants forever.
Possible??? Will The Media ever Turn around & Tell Our Story???

The George Family Loves each of You for Standing with us through the Story we shared.
The person who bullied us has the ability to lie & lie hideously. I shared The Truth.
I do not know if Truth will win over lies upon lies in The Court System. I did not study Law to become a Lawyer & to Lie & paint Pictures with Lies.
If Truth sees the Light of Day….Someday so be it.
The Legal System in America robs you for Standing Up For Truth & I doubt I can afford fighting Lies much longer monetarily.
It is Sad that the Media looks away from the Plight that my Family & I are continuing to face in Almaden Valley, San Jose, California.
The Big Victory is My Daughter has learned to STAND UP & be part of A WINNING WATER POLO School Team.
Over That, I as A DAD Rejoice.
I may be dead & gone today or tomorrow but my Child has overcome Fears of A Bully.
My Task as an Immigrant to America has Won a Victory & I am Delighted to Share that although My Petition about The Hate we have endured as Indian American Immigrants to America landed no where on this forum to Galvanize Action to STOP HATE.
