In just the first few hours, we’ve seen the community come together in a way that truly shows how much people care about clarity, transparency and responsible creation in the Bully fan space. Whether it's servers or mods, the bully community became as one.
Every single view, share and signature counts - we could not be more grateful.
This petition exists because the Bully community, both longtime fans and creators, deserves official guidance.
There’s been a lot of discussion and speculation over early access projects, multiplayer mods and community funded initiatives. While community voices help fill gaps and explain experiences, they are not official policy.
That leaves creators and fans having to guess what’s allowed, often at risk of misunderstandings or unintended violations.
Our goal is simple: we want Rockstar and Take-Two to speak directly and clearly about the boundaries for Bully fan projects.
This isn’t about attacking anyone, creating drama or pointing fingers. It’s about protecting the community, creators and players alike. Transparency ensures everyone can enjoy, create and contribute safely without fear of accidentally overstepping boundaries.
Already, we’ve seen an amazing start: dozens of shares, supporters and even Change.org promoter activity. Thank goodness 🙏
These early signs of momentum are encouraging, but there’s still a long way to go ☮

If you haven’t shared yet, consider posting the link in your favorite Bully community, Discord server, Reddit thread or even your social media.
Even one share can make a big difference in spreading awareness and getting down to the proper official answers from Rockstar and Take Two about both the shutdown reasons of Bully MP and Bully Online many other mutliplayer discontinued/shut down mods and not from third party sources.
We also want to acknowledge the community members who have already engaged respectfully.
