Online abuse and slander don't solve anything. They just make it harder for everyone – while the real problems stay buried.

I've been thinking about a simple question.
Help or hurt – a choice that should be easy?
But it's not. Not when:
· You notice people struggling and want to help – but worry you'll make things worse.
· You speak up about problems – and become the target instead of the solution.
· You ask for transparency – and get silence, or worse, abuse.
This isn't just about me.
Other plot holders are exhausted. They come to their plots to relax, to grow things, to escape. Instead, they find:
· A toxic atmosphere they didn't create
· Poor attitudes they can't change
· A lack of transparency they can't penetrate
· No protection from the people who are supposed to provide it
Online abuse and slander don't solve anything.
They just make it harder for everyone. They distract from the real problems. They bury the truth under a pile of accusations and fake names.

But the real question is for you:
When you see a problem, do you help? Or do you hurt? And how do you tell the difference?
