But I need to tell you something. It's happening again.

Another vulnerable plot holder. Same pattern. Same committee. Same silence.

False allegations are being spread about them. Complaints are being ignored. No response from the committee. No protection from the council.

The victims keep being turned into villains. The committee does nothing. Southend Council does nothing.

This started in 2024. It's still going on.

Has anyone got any suggestions – except "give up"?

Because I've heard "give up" more times than I can count. From trolls. From people who are bored. From people who don't want to know.

But giving up doesn't protect vulnerable people. Giving up doesn't restore democracy. Giving up doesn't hold anyone accountable.

So I'm asking you:

· Sign the petition – if you haven't already
· Share it – with one person who believes in fairness
· Tell me what else we can do – because I'm running out of ideas, but I'm not running out of determination
