The Council Is Delaying. We're Not Stopping.

I need to be honest with you. The council is delaying.

They extended the deadline for my FOI internal review to 22 May 2026. They extended my Subject Access Request to 23 June 2026. They have used every day the law allows them – and then some.

But here's what they can't delay:

· The police investigation (42/54633/26)
· The Ombudsman's review (25 015 705)
· The 408 people who have signed this petition
· The truth

Why does this matter?

Because the evidence is already public. Witness statements. Committee emails. Council admissions. Legal breaches.

The council doesn't need more time to find information. They need more time to avoid giving it to me.

So what do we do?

We keep going.

We keep sharing the petition.
We keep telling the truth.
We keep holding them accountable.
