We are Felix Youth  and we’re building something powerful in the South Bronx.

Rooted in leadership, brotherhood/Sisterhood and dedication, the Felix Youth Community Center will be a year-round  space that provides safe, supportive, and inspiring space for children, teens and families especially those impacted by foster care and adversity. 

Our Vision:

To open a grassroots community center that offers:

• Afterschool programs and academic support
• Sports & Aquatics to build strength, teamwork, and confidence
• Creative arts, media, and mentorship programs
• Mental health and healing workshops
• Safe spaces for belonging and growth

We’ve seen what love and opportunity can do through Camp Felix and the Felix Organization. Now, we’re bringing that light to the heart of our neighborhood.

This center isn’t just a building it’s a legacy in the making.

This mission is deeply personal to me.

I was once one of the kids this center is meant for a young person navigating the foster care system, searching for safety, guidance, and hope. Camp Felix and the Felix Organization didn’t just give me a summer escape They gave me a second family, a purpose, and the belief that I mattered.

Now, over 15 years later, I’ve gone from being a camper to a SWIM INSTRUCTOR/ LIFEGUARD, AQUATICS DIRECTOR, and a Present Junior Board Member. I’ve spoken at galas, met world leaders, and stood in rooms I never thought I’d enter all because someone believed in me. This Community Center is my way of giving that belief back to the next generation  to every child in the South Bronx who just needs one door to open. This isn’t just about programs it’s about possibility. About showing that anything is possible when someone invests in you.
