Hi to all our Town Square Supporters,

Firstly my apologies for not finding time to update you all much sooner but be assured that our work is progressing.  Our combined numbers are on the UP! The digital and paper Petition, combined number is up to 2,400 and although we've not been out and about collecting for a few weeks, there are posters with our QR code in all our major supermarkets/ businesses around the town and via our group fb page, so signing couldn't be easier. Also on shown here is 'one' of the latest CGI pictures to show the input of ideas/work from Scarborough Residents, if you have any thoughts/ideas for the design development, now's the time to pitch in! We have a had a set back or two along the way, mainly with not enough volunteers to share the increased workload, so help is also encouraged if you have a little spare time?...other projects for 'United Scarborough - Residents Action Group' have taken much of our teams time recently but we remain focused on our objective...Our Scarborough Town Square! We have collated info/prices from all other North Yorkshire Markets and Town Squares to validate (with cash-flow forecast) that our TS will be able to run on it's own merit and because we've also incorporated some new loos too, this will also add revenue (Loos will be positioned underneath the steps so it won't spoil our TS visual appeal). We have even had a few individual Councillors expressing an interest and dare I say, 'a nod' in the affirmative approval of the plans and Scarborough Residents taking up the mantle and inputting ideas/opinions for the improvement of our Town. So with all this work going on behind the scenes...we have one favour to ask in return from all of our TS Supporters...Please Share The Petition!!...just once!! If your one share gains just one extra signature, we have the potential to double our numbers overnight!!
