Thank you all so much for the overwhelming response! I am truly surprised and energized by how many of you signed and shared this petition within the first 24 hours. It is clear that the need for a pedestrian bridge in Allen Park is a priority for many of us, and seeing this level of immediate support is a fantastic start.

To build on this momentum, I have created a formal petition specifically structured for local government review. While Change.org is excellent for raising awareness and showing the scale of support, a formal petition follows the specific guidelines often required by city officials to take official action.

Presenting this more traditional document alongside our digital signatures will provide the local government with the formal motivation they need to move this project forward.
