At long last, we are entering a new stage of the project! With partners from Nine in a Line: Vulcan Arts Society, Klingon Assault Group, and Calgary's USS King Edward NCC-74206, the Bird of Prey Initiative presented our initial proposal to the Town of Vulcan at their Council meeting this week.

The Council voted to approve in principle our project, and to accept a more detailed presentation from our leaders which will include size, cost estimates, and possible locations.
