This newly available terrain presents an opportunity for the city's leaders to fund a Cultural and Performing Arts Center that fosters creative prosperity in Sweetwater, just as the Westchester Cultural Arts Center has for its community.

Building a Cultural & Performing Arts Center will elevate the city of Sweetwater, Miami. Furthermore, it will help create jobs and increase foot traffic for local businesses.

The city's leaders must take swift action to allocate some of the former Li'l Abner Mobile Home Park's vacant land and ensure that Sweetwater continues to grow and prosper in a meaningful and lasting manner.
