Nous, citoyens et riverains du parc Buchholtz, dénonçons le non-respect du projet de réaménagement validé après concertation publique. 

📢 Des changements majeurs ont été imposés sans transparence et sans concertation publique !

• L’espace réservé aux chiens passe de 400m² à environ 1100m², réduisant drastiquement la place pour les autres usagers.
• Seul un espace de 500 m² est conservé pour les familles et promeneurs

Aucune étude d’impact sur la biodiversité et les nuisances sonores n’a été réalisée.

Ces modifications majeures ont été décidées unilatéralement, sans concertation et sans même en informer les citoyens.

Pourquoi ces changements ont-ils été imposés sans concertation ?

✊ Nous demandons :

• Un arrêt immédiat des travaux
• Le respect du projet initial et la restitution des espaces tels que prévus

Buchholtz – A space for all ! 

We, citizens and residents of Buchholtz Park, denounce the failure to respect the redevelopment project that was approved after public consultation.  

📢 Major changes have been imposed without transparency or public consultation!  

• The area designated for dogs has increased from 400 m² to approximately 1,100 m², drastically reducing space for other users.
• Only 500 m² remain available for families and walkers.  

No impact study on biodiversity or noise pollution has been conducted.  

These modifications were imposed unilaterally, without consulting the citizens. 

Why were these changes imposed without consultation?  

✊ We demand:  

• The immediate suspension of the work
• Respect for the initial project and the restoration of the spaces as planned ​​​​(See the official plan and urban planning permit) ​

Wij, burgers en omwonenden van het Buchholtzpark, klagen de niet-naleving aan van het herontwikkelingsproject dat na openbare raadpleging werd goedgekeurd.  

📢 Grote veranderingen zijn doorgevoerd zonder transparantie of openbare inspraak!  

• De ruimte voor honden is uitgebreid van 400 m² naar ongeveer 1.100 m², waardoor de plaats voor andere gebruikers drastisch is verminderd.  
• Slechts 500 m² blijft toegankelijk voor gezinnen en wandelaars.  

Geen enkele impactstudie over biodiversiteit of geluidsoverlast is uitgevoerd.  

Deze wijzigingen zijn eenzijdig opgelegd, zonder overleg met de burgers. 

Waarom zijn deze wijzigingen doorgevoerd zonder overleg?

✊ Wij eisen:  

• De onmiddellijke stopzetting van de werken
• Respect voor het oorspronkelijke project en het herstel van de ruimtes zoals gepland (Bekijk het officiële plan en Stedenbouwkundige vergunning)
