Since 2020, Hybe's official channel has been facing problems with its views, which are seen by YouTube as suspicious due to the high demand of views from BTS compared to other groups also present on the channel, which do not have the same feedback/impact as bts and the same amount of demand in a few minutes.

BTS's MVs are frozen, removed and flagged by the platform as “suspicious” due to the way the group's company manages its channel, thus uploading the mvs of its other groups along with those of BTS which can come out as spam, get their music videos shadow banned and get in the way of their MVs reaching the general public.

As BTS MVs always receive a lot of views as soon as they are released, YouTube cannot recognize how BTS's video had more views than other videos posted at the same time and day but under other artists' names, which can drawn the conclusion that BTS views are suspicious.

The freezing happens due to the fact that views are paused because of the review of suspicious activities from YouTube, that is, when the limit stipulated by the platform is exceeded.

As a measurement to avoid that we have problems with those views being frozen and/or removed also with the addition to the freeze on the number of likes, we recommend that Big Hit Music publish BTS' MVs on the 'BANGTAN TV' channel, where there is already other content exclusively from the group, such as vlogs, dance practices, and more official content, and this channel has a number of subscribers compatible with the views of BTS' MVs other than on the "Hybe Labels" channel, this way, BTS would not be harmed.
