Dear Friends

As promised, today I published another Petition. It took me a while to investigate “authorities’ interest” into the matter which is known as “institutional Racism”. Recently the Independent Police Complaint Commission has announced their plans into “broad investigation” into the matter. I sent them a message with statistical Report-who can find a better starting point for investigation?! No reply so far...So my new Petition!
