The owner of these dogs has been served with a Community Protection warning. It reads as follows: 

You are prohibited from allowing your dogs off the lead in public spaces within Druids Heath and the Brandwood area.
You are prohibited from allowing your dogs to attack other people or animals.
You must keep your dogs safely under control at all times in order to prevent intimidation to other members of the public.

This is as far as the local Police can go unless she breaks these conditions and of course the warning only covers my local community so she is free to walk the dogs elsewhere and let them off lead. ITS NOT ENOUGH they could still attack and kill again.

The law needs to change to prosecute these irresponsible owners and not allow them to get away with a warning.
